Only issue I found was the WiFi. At the room I stayed signal was very low and disconnecting from time to time

The area around the hotel did not appear as safe as we were expecting. This was an issue only after dark. During the day it was all good. The hotel is very close to the bus station and to the railway station. It is also close (20-30 minutes walk) to main city buildings. The staff is very friendly. The hotel’s room was clean.

This hotel is ok as overall we weren't very happy with our experience. The wi-fi connection in the rooms is very poor, almost non-existent at times. The towels and linens are old and worn, as the towels are very thin and had holes in them. The hotel is exceptionally run down and needs some refurbishments (stains on the carpets, paint peeling off the walls, etc). The lobby and many of the corridors smell heavily of cigarette smoke, which is disgusting. The complimentary breakfast was underwhelming, as the only thing we enjoyed were the croissants. Our heater would make very loud noises (especially during the night) which were so unpleasant that we opted to turn it off, choosing to be cold of an evening rather than listening to the eerie noises. The beds were also quite firm, and the amenities were very limited in the rooms (they don't even provide teaspoons).
I feel like this hotel cuts a lot of corners to not spend money where it's important, and honestly, it shows. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Very good hotel in a good location. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I arrived several hours early and was prepared to wait in the lobby until check in time, but no waiting! My room was ready for me.

The hotel is just a bit off the centre of Sofia in a residential and quite area with easy access to the very heart of the city. It provides bright and spacious modern decorated rooms that are very comfortable.
There is an excellent restaurant on site with room service upon request. Highly recommended place, value for money.

Rooms are very comfortable, soft beds, hot showers and soundproof from the road and building works. Breakfast was solid, with hot items and fruits, cold meats breads etc. Center of town is only 15 mins walk and easy to get to. Would very much reccommend thjd hotel.

Super friendly staff. Was impressed with their "breakfast pack" given to us at 3:00 AM when we had to leave the hotel for an early flight. Would gladly stay there again and recommend it to everyone!

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English. We had a large corner room but windows faced west and air conditioner had some troubke cooling. Easy walk from Lavov Most lion bridge subway and then to city center with important attractions. Restaurant had a limited menu but was good.

Highly rated by Hotels.com clients and we can understand why. Look beyond the local area which is eclectic at best. Conveniently located a short walk from bus and train stations. As regular walkers we found the 20 to 30 minutes walk into the old town tourism area to be very easy . The reception staff were both helpful and attentive at what is a small boutique hotel of 7 floors or so. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and the breakfast is adequate without being extravagant. We opted to dine in one evening and were so glad we did. This was one of the best meals of our extended 10 week holiday. What the restaurant lacked in ambience was more than compensated by the fresh salad and two different main meals chosen ....and at a very reasonable price. We opted to book an additional two nights stay after a side trip to Plovdiv by bus and the hotel kindly stored our main baggage for us without fuss. This hotel is great value for a stay in a capital city and should be strongly considered.

Cleanliness, staff, hotel, everything looked perfect. Parking was a bit challenging had to park hundred meters away from the hotel, I left the keys on the desk and next morning I found my car right in front of the hotel. Amazing. Recommending to everyone.

It is a nice hotel close to the bus station. I had a courtesy call before arrival and was asked about the approximate time of arrival. Also - I mentioned that I wanted to have a double bed in one of the rooms and two single beds in the other one. And that what we received. The only thing - we didnt see coffee or tea near the kettle - only sugar and coffee whitener, which we didnt make fuss about. But other than that - it is a very good hotel and the staff was excellent. Will go again. And recommend.

We arrived Easter Saturday and were welcomed with an Easter biscuit!! Lovely hotel and staff, its a little out of the centre of the city and we were concerned about the area when we first arrived, but it wasnt a problem. Very convenient for the railway station. Rooms are modern and nicely furnished, bathrooms very nice...a great place to stay for the price.

Very clean bathroom though the room itself had a few areas where dust had built up. Staff very competent and extremely helpful.
