Bed was firm, everything was very clean. Hotel staff had to address some children running & screaming in hallways. Which was a done without us even asking. Very nice place to stay. Close to shopping & freeway access.

Hotel was great! Unfortunately my room was in the same floor as a big family group and they were slamming doors for almost 3 hours and kids running in the hallway.
I didn’t call front desk bc I didn’t want to switch rooms and it was spring break.

Late checkin process fine but the floor seems too old and makes noisy sound when person walked through. and in the next day I found dirty mark above pillow bed. It‘s really frustrating experience. I complained about that to front desk who has no idea to answer me. I wouldn't recommend this to other peoples. I don't know why they have wonderful comment in website.

I asked the desperation in the morning when we need to get a coffee or why the other stuff wasn’t plugged in his answer was that’s not his job. Nothing else was said I got a coffee it was hot but that’s about it. Everything else was nothing I was not impressed at all. But that was world on the bottom when I had a shower they Musta use some cheap paint to try to paint the bottom. It was coming off wasn’t too impressed. The noise from the highway was expected. I didn’t expect the traffic to be that noisy at 5:30 in the morning but I will learn a lesson to make sure I am not on a busy area For no one I wouldn’t recommend it for anybody

The room wasn't to bad- EXCEPT no remote for the TV, no alarm clock. When we called the front desk several times and the clerk never answered. We we went down to the desk to try & get a remote for the TV- he asked what we did with it. Then he said he would bring 1 to our room, but never asked our room number. We had to tell the room. He had absolutely no personality. And not helpful at all.

The only housekeeping is emptying garbage and replacing towels. Drains for the sink and tub were clogged and had to have our keys reset daily. The location is close to the mall and lots of restaurants

I did not get the name of the front desk lady when I checked into hotel , but she was very nice and welcoming.
It was my birthday and I received a room upgrade which was very nice of her.
First impressions are important and because I had a good first impression I will stay there again if I need a hotel to stay while in Katy.

The check in staff & cleaning staff was amazing and very helpful. The breakfast was awful on Thanksgiving, but it improved a little after that.

Room not clean / not enough towels and maids wouldn’t give us any additional / booked and paid for 2 night and we were locked out after the first night and told we didn’t book 2 night. Clerk reached in drawer pulled out our paper work and confirmed 2 nights and reset cards. Not a good experience at all
