Way over priced at 325.00. For the venue, room was something I would expect at a much lower price motel. The gal at the check in desk was new, charged our card for the room again , when we told her we already paid through Hotel.com, she denied it, when I showed her the charge on my bank app, she started to give us attitude. Just unreal.

We chose a room that slept five and when we arrived, it only had two towels, two hand towels, and two bath cloths. You would think that since it sleeps up to five, they would be at least three or more in the room without having to ask. On the third day room service came and made the bed and took some of the dirty towels, but left two wet towels in the bathroom. So again, we have to go to the front desk and get additional towels On the fourth, We ran out of body wash and shampoo from the dispensers in the shower and cold the Who gave us a handful of soap and little containers which all turned out to be conditioner. again another trip to the front desk. The front desk attendant told us that they would refill the empty shampoo and body wash containers the next day. When we returned on our last evening at roughly 8 PM for the night, we found it. No one had filled the containers and again went to the front desk. Conveniently, the maintenance person was standing there and grab two bottles and came to the room to refill the empty containers. We thanked him and he left and then we proceeded to shower for the day only to find he had replaced both of the containers with conditioner, which wasn’t empty and still the shampoo and the body wash remained empty. We decided not to go to the front desk again. Simple little things that made it inconvenient after being gone all day and hoping to come to a place to rest.

Great location, A bit too loud on the freeway side. Bed was comfortable. Room is too small for 4 adults (2 late teens). Amazing breakfast! Overall we would stay there again.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. Breakfast was great and well stocked. The location is ideal for wineries, shopping and east freeway access. Fantastic!

We, sadly, needed a hotel due to a family member being admitted to the hospital. The staff, especially Missy and Anthony, were exceptional and very caring given our circumstances. They accommodated a late check in and helped out the next day as we were figuring out our next steps. Thankful for the exceptional customer service.

Location was great close to old town and not far from wineries. Next to freeway and yoh can hear the traffic
