Beautiful property And friendly enough staff, however, the room was cold and had a hard time warming up, something with the shower/bath… Warm for a couple minutes and then absolutely frigid. Maybe won’t be such a big deal later in the season? But for right now it’s cold and boring.

The whole facility was well maintained and had lovely landscaping and some fall decor. The check in and out was quick and easy. Didn’t have to pay a security deposit, etc. It had a nautical flair that was carried through into our room. Our room met our needs perfectly…comfy bed, good shower, great towels, etc. Breakfast was good and showed attention to detail in its presentation. If we are in the area again, we will stay here and pass the word on to other family members. Thank you

Very charming room and nice front desk personnel. The only downsides were that the room did not have a microwave and we did not get very hot water, even after running it for quite some time (and I hate wasting water!)

We were there for a wedding at the Samoset; couldn't ask for a better location. It was very clean, comfortable and perfect location. The owners put out a lovely continental breakfast every morning that you can eat on outdoor patio or bring back to your room. Homemade waffles, muffins, coffee, juice. Beautiful little hike down to the cove right on the property. Everyone that works there was so nice and accommodating. Loved our stay. Will definitely return!!

this was a fun and quiet place to stay. The breakfast was very good. The room was a little worn out and could use some attention, especially to the rust on the heat register in the bathroom. The bed was too hard, which is difficult to imagine since I like firm beds. The pillows were also too firm.

Although breakfast choices similar to usual options offered by other properties, options more palatable (yogurt with fresh fruits, coffee better tasting, etc).

The property was clean and employees were helpful and friendly. Just a bit of advice. If you want clean towels and your trash removed dont put the "Do Not Disturb" tag on your outside door knob. They will only remove the towels if you place them on the floor in the bathroom. Most guests always put their towels on the racks to dry either at home or in a hotel room and not on the floor to dry. Great breakfast!

Glen Cove was an impressive property. Before we even realized it was our place, my husband and I commented on how lovely it was. The front desk staff were so helpful and just nice as could be. Our room was very nice. The only negative I could say is that the carpet was outdated and had a hint of an old smell. But other than that, it was extremely clean and comfortable! We would definitely recommend this property!

Glen cove was situated in the middle of the places to see while in maine. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were great. We were in #10 which was next to pool which was both a pro and con. The only thing we could have used was a bigger dresser for our clothes as we stayed 7 nights.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again on our next visit to maine

I am a return customer, I liked it a lot, except, the room cleaning service left a lot to be desired this year.

Our room was nice, clean but a bit small. They had a nice fire pit but it was by the busy road that took away from the feeling of sitting by the fire. Also the fire pit was under pine trees. When sitting in the chairs our clothes were covered with pine sap, making them a sticky mess. Breakfast was nice, out on open balcony or patio.
