A GUIDE TO THE TV WOULD BE HELPFUL AS THE REMOTE DOES NOT HAVE A GUIDE BUTTON.

We have stayed here many times but lots of little misses this time. The staff is always very nice. Overall, the room wasn’t very clean. A dirty towel was left behind. The window had been left open. My husband noticed the downstairs restroom was really dirty.

We rented a 2 bedroom suite and the room was very spacious. Breakfast was also well setup.
Things that made it uncomfortable was the toilet kept running and after each flush, we’d have to remove the tank and adjust the rubber flap. The AC ran very cold, but the room was humid and left all fabrics feeling a bit damp.

I’ve stayed here twice in the past two months. I had a great stay both times. Simple, clean, and good service. Their breakfast spread has a lot of options. The location is great also with a ton of dining options.

Service was good, check in was quick, excellent location, beds super comfortable! TV remote didn't work and when we tried to call front desk to request batteries the phone was not connected. We could have gone to the lobby but we were to tired so we really didn't mind not using the tv.

Hotel stay was excellent - they managed to get me the perfect room on the first floor for my disabled dog, made traveling so much easier. Plenty of grassy areas for the pups as well. Appreciate the Dove soaps and Kcup coffeemaker on the room. A lot of parking and close to shops, within walking distance, very convenient.

Check in was civil. But not overly welcoming.
Elevator had crumbs in it.
Bathroom shower head was loose and the tubs pain was scratching off.

Despite reviews I read, locks on door worked. Hotel common areas and room were clean and freshly renovated. Room was quiet, but having the AC on probably helped. Everyone nice (staff and guests). No hot tub despite the pictures. Pool not heated because Texas.

Only thing I can say that was not favorable, is don’t advertise a hot tub if you no longer have a hot tub. Other than that, great place to stay!

I was surprised how truly DANGEROUS using the shower was! NO grab bars, NO texturing at the bottom of the tub, NOTHING to prevent slipping! At the very least, making non-slip matts available to guests would certainly be helpful. Also, more than one small towel bar would help for reusing towels …there’s currently minimal space to hang them. Even a hook or 2 in the bathroom for clothing or a towel would sure make things more convenient.

The air didn’t work good, the ice machine was broke on every floor except the fourth floor, so we had to go there to get it.

The breakfast buffet was a big disappointment. The eggs were always cold. There was no fruit. There was no sweet roll or donut or danish or anything at all like that.
We were satisfied with everything else.

The back door did not have key card security. Additionally, we left a moist heating pad in the microwave when we checked out and when we called to claim it in lost in found, it was not turned in. We can only assume someone at the Inn decided to keep it. It's value was about $15.00. It would have been nice to have a couple of 12 oz bottles of water in the room not one mini bottle! Never seen a breakfast bar without bananas.

I liked it because it was quiet, clean, convenient, friendly and easy to park and get to my room
I didn't like the wall heating/cooling unit....too noisy and not enough control over the functions. It's typical for many motels but I have never cared for these type systems

Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable and friendly staff. I’d recommend this place because it’s so close to everything you need. Target, HEB, Costco, in-n-out, Cava, Chipotle and more are all within walking distance.

I was stuck in a wheel chair accessible room, the shower set up was awful

Everything was fine except the fact they decided to paint the hallway of the floor we were on. Have an infant and another kiddo with us. They had plastic and screws everywhere and the entire floor reeked of paint and chemicals.

Very welcoming when we arrived. It was nice to have a cart available to take up our belongings. The room was clean and smoke-free.

wifi didn't work well. we had only weak wifi in room. it worked only near door, not in the bed. for ipad.
for android. it didn't work at all. next morning it worked in the cafeteria.
but overall facility was good condition. waffle dough has lot of water so it is not crispy at all.

Bed was rock solid, toilet didnt work properly and there was water damage in the bathroom. Not enough lighting in the room. Elevator was dark and creepy. Breakfast wasnt good.
