Terrible hotel. It’s very dated, and the rooms are TINY. No space to move about. The toilet was in awful shape - toilet seat was so worn that I didn’t want to use it. The key cards didn’t work to the side doors of the hotel. No staff managing the front desk when I stopped by around 1:30 pm. Breakfast options not great. Will not stay there again.

We immediately saw that there was toothpaste on the counter and in the bathroom sink which I cleaned myself with my own Clorox wipes. I had to use the bathroom anyway and lifted the lid to toilet and it was used and hasn’t been flushed and was filthy under the seat. Gross. Front desk did change our room and second room was better but noticed it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned and bare minimum was done. Next morning found long dark hair in my bed. Not ours. Now I’m scared that our bedding was old. Checked out and front desk barely said a word let alone ask how our stay was. We will go back to staying at the hotel next door. It’s worth extra plus we get a full hot breakfast unlike this place.

Great value stay. Stayed one night while attending a show in Waterloo. Good location. Clean. Friendly service. Breakfast wasn't anything exciting. Fitness room isn't anything exciting. Lots of free parking.

Check in was easy and the lady at the front desk was very friendly. I was disappointed because our bed was not clean when I pulled the sheets back but the front desk made it right and gave us a new room. The second room was clean and comfortable. Tim at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a very good stay and we would stay there again.

The property was very nice and clean. The room was clean and comfortable, very close to stores and shopping. I definitely would stay there again if ever in the area. The breakfast can be improved just a bit with more options and variety. Overall, a very nice place to lodge at.

Rooms were small and walls were very thin. It could have been cleaner. Bathroom drain was super slow. Also, the tv was damaged, 2 bright round circles were present when viewing the tv. Privuded a fridge but no microwave. Breakfast was good except for staff stood around complaining to each other about no communication with management. It got old quick. This was our 2nd stay and we wont be back at this location

I was put in a room on the first floor. It seemed like the room had not been used in a while. It was an ADA room, which I do not need or requested. I found a pill on the floor. Both beds were made, however, the one bed had human hair, dog hair, and dried skin cells on the bed. I called for new sheets which never arrived.

Full filled our needs for a night in the area. Nearby restaurant that was recommended by the front desk clerk was very good. Quiet location just off the Main Street.

On the plus side, the room was pretty clean. But it had a large work desk without a single electrical outlet. The nearest (only) outlets were across the room next to the bed. The breakfast was not very satisfactory. The choices were waffles or a microwave egg sandwich. And they didn't even have plates for the waffles, just large cardboard bowls.

Our first room has curtains that were off the hook. Our second room has an air conditioning unit three enjoyed intermittent beeps all night long keeping us awake. Under the circumstances we wouldn’t stay at another Microtel and would appreciate getting a refund on our stay since we were unable to sleep.

The hotel room was poorly maintained! The room was dirty and we suspected that the pillow cases were used by other guests before. Both the tap and the sink in the bathroom were dirty and there were hair in the bath and hand towels!

Smooth check in, beds were comfortable and we liked the breakfast in the morning it was convenient since we were heading right back on the road.
