The apartment was what was advertised. Great location for those that want to be by the ocean. Plenty of restaurants as well. Would be nice to let people know coffee is not provided, after first night. The nightlife around the area is very good. We really enjoyed the stay. PS The tram and bus stop are very close and getting to city center by tram was 15 minutes depending on which stop you got off at. The bus will take you to the aquarium with no transfers.

The room was okay just not what I expected from all the rooms they picture. There was damage to the room (cracked mirror, hole behind door handle, which I know they can’t immediately rectify) advance notice would have been appreciated. There was no availability for room service even with a restaurant attached to the hotel. I was not able to order at the restaurant and bring the food up to my room to enjoy while relaxed and comfortable. They give you the menu in the room with a QR code for more options which leads you to the conclusion for the availability of ordering up. They also let you know in the room you may request a free bottle of wine but it states you must go to reception to ask for it. Why not offer this at check in? Or send someone up with options as I have received in other hotels. The staff was wonderful as I made several visits to the front desk due to the phone not working (it could have been my misunderstanding but I was never able to get a dial tone). I also couldn’t figure out the shower. I did think the water was off adding to my minor irritation. I got instructions from the lovely woman at the front desk which proved to be incorrect. I was, however able to get it working (a lift, to turn on the water then a twist, for temperature control). Hot was to the right and cold to the left the opposite of all other nozzles I’ve used even here but I got it! The location was the absolute best so I made the most of it by spending my time meditating in the ocean.

The property itself was nice and spacious. What really impacted our stay was the terribly loud music from a nearby venue. Music started in late afternoon and got increasingly loud until about 3:00 a.m. Even with the storm shutters down it was impossible to sleep. Oddly, there were very few patrons at the music venue. Often the same song would be played repeatedly.
If you want to stay out all night and party, this property may be the right fit. If you expect to sleep, I would look elsewhere.

The property is rather a B&B, it has only a few rooms above the restaurant. Very poor conditions, terrible smell of sewage and mold. The front desk is a bench of the restaurant casher. We booked a bedroom with a sea view. Expedia sent us this picture alone with the confirmation. We arrived at 1.30 pm, but could not check in, because the room was ready. Still they took our passports, and completed check in. After waiting till 3 pm we got the key to discover that instead of the room with a view we had a bedroom of the size of a closet with a window to the internal staircase. We refused to take the room, but hotel charged us a no-show-up charge for the first night. I would never recommend this property and suggest to rate it as a one-star B&B. This property is not even in the list of hotels on the map of Valencia. The property was misrepresented in our reservation, and the penalty charge for the room we refused to take speaks for the place reputation itself.

It is a very good location to go to the beach, the only thing is that most rooms don't have natural light, be sure to get a suite or something if you want to get sunlight!

Hotel right on the beach. Staff helpful and pleasant. Room clean. Bed comfortable, could have used an extra pillow but we didnt ask. Great breakfast and restaurant served great food and drinks. Will definitely go back and stay there next time we go back to Valencia. Great location if you want to be on the beach.

The property was beautifully located with a patio that overlooked the beach. You could watch the sunrise in the morning on the front patio and the sunset on the back patio! The outdoor furniture could use some updating and the shower doors replaced, they were both broken.
Check in was easy and the staff very helpful and friendly!

Hotel in excellent location.Very good room service,room was spotless. Quite a modern hotel, big resturant downstairs. My major issue was the lack of soundproofing. I could hear noise from the corridor,upstairs and street. My room faced the back and I could hear every delivery sound,people talking and general noise. The window was not doubleglazed, it was just too thin. Bring earplugs if you want to get some kip.

Large room with see view. Free parking but far away to the city. The food in the restaurant is good but the waiter unhappy because I order the special price dinner set. It should be influence the overall performance.

Uncomfortable broken mattress. It is not firm and sinks in all the way as soon as we lay on it; hence we both got lower back pain after 2 nights of sleep there. They could also pay more attention in the detail and fix the wobbling facet, clogged sink and cracked TV. Worst of all, we received the rudest customer service from the waitress working in the restaurant during breakfast hour. We asked politely if we could get coffee and she raised her voice at us for no reasons. She definitely ruined what was meant to be a lovely start of our day. Never again at this hotel!

Property located on the beach close to the port and many restaurants. Breakfast (included) is just okay, everyday same food. Disappointed with the room, a very tiny window that didn’t get any light inside. The first day was no hot water and parking is hard to find during the day. (Public Parking on the street) I requested to change the dark room with no windows, no working phone, the safe needs the key from reception and I was told that this Is the room that I have chosen on Expedia site.... I was very close to call Expedia to find me a different hotel after we had no hot water in the day we have arrived and the entire next day until evening. After that was okay.

Beware that the pictures on Hotels.com and Expedia are not what you get. Also on their website it says that ALL the rooms have seaviews. Absolutely not. The most claustrophobic room ever with tiny windows overlooking a small yard with no light. There's no way to contact them in advance as the email on their website is wrong. If you need anything in advance just call them.
The room was big and clean, breakfast was very simple and staff rude. Make sure you arrive before 10 otherwise the waitress will give you a lecture that breakfast finishes at half ten and you can't sit there afterwards as she needs to set up for their very expensive lunch.
The location is amazing,but you can stay 3 doors down the promenade in a friendly place called Sol Playa where the view is amazing and staff is not rude.
This is a well overpriced and fake advertised place, very disappointing.
The only person who was absolutely amazing and a gem to the place is Maria at the reception.

Good Location on the Beach. Staff were very and helpful. The room itself has no windows and no natural light was at the back of the building. Don’t expect a view or even a window! The advertised images are clearly not taken from our dark room. Indeed the images advertised are very misleading. The were loud late private parties in the function room near our room for our first two nights- so couldn’t sleep.

Really nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Even though we were slightly out of season nice to be on the beautiful beach at a reasonable price for the season. Imagine it would be a hopping place in high season by the looks.

The property was located on the beach boardwalk. Room was very clean and larger than our previous two hotels. Our room had no ocean view as advertised. Nice continental breakfast daily. A cab ride to the city center was about 9 euros. I would absolutely stay there again.Ron Rivers

Better than expected. Room was very spacious, modern and clean and smelt lovely every day after cleaning. The staff were a credit to this hotel, always friendly and extremely helpful – nothing was too much for them. Breakfast was adequate – coffee superb! Do eat in the restaurant – great quality food at a good price. Do hire the hotels bikes out and head out – easy to ride and great bike pathways – we did and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Easy to get to from the airport – Metro line 5 and then connect with the 8 tram – drops you across the road – approx. E4.50 each. Would definitely return.
