I was very pleased with the hotel

Place was clean but very poor management or lack of. Shuttle service always very late, 50mins, even daily scheduled airport returning shuttle was late. Front desk on long personal call before acknowledging us. Paid for deluxe room with full kitchen but received standard room no kitchen because rooms didn't get cleaned per front desk. No management on site. Called,left message & texted manager but no response ever. No basic creamer only vanilla. Staff doesn't care because management doesn't care

Was a bit noisy outside at night - due to the proximity to a local bar and parking lot..

Enjoyed our stay. Wish all the staff were as nice and helpful as a couple people were there. 2 of them were extremely crabby….you could tell it was the end of the season

Property good. Helpful airport drop-off shuttle unexpected and welcome. Property a little dated, but large room and clean. Desk staff a little surly - but everybody has bad days. Good location and all and all a good choice.

The bath tub and toilet were filthy! The front desk staff was unfriendly and didn’t wNt to be bothered. Was on their phone. Do not recommend.

Centrally located away from the cruise ship crowds. 2 washers and dryers in laundry room. Restaurant in back of property.

Probably the rudest staff I've ever dealt with, and I stay in hotels 100 days a year.

If you stay here, stay on the third floor! You can hear every movement from the floor above you. There is no sound insulation between floors.

price is extremely high for the quality eperienced. The room smelled, the facet was running, staff wasn’t doing their job, breakfast was useless.

Do not stay here! Website says ferry shuttle, but it's wrong. Front desk staff NOT friendly or helpful. Hotel NOT clean. I needed to change rooms (which I NEVER have done) and they treated me like dirt! Noisy due to thin walls, rooms smell like old cigarettes (can't get away from it). My second room smelled so bad we couldn't sleep. Sheets in the sleeper sofa were stained and soiled, don't know when they were changed last. Staff was very rude and don't know good service.

No air conditioning so you need to keep windows open to get air and there is a bar right next door that plays loud music till 2am.

Great hotel located right in the middle of everything. Easy walking. Super clean room with a full kitchen.

Dirty, soft squishy beds, surly and incompetent staff. Too bad, because Sitka is great!

Check in took 45 minutes for 2 people. Incredibly noisy, could not sleep until bars closed at 2 am. Cars honking all night. Expensive with almost no amenities, even for summer in Alaska.

In the heart of Sitka. Walkable for touring, eating, shopping. Airport shuttle. Thumbs up!

Really well located hotel in the heart of Sitka with a free airport shuttle. Service was lacking- one of the receptionists was really unhelpful. Room was very small and very hot. Breakfast was diabolical- just cereal. Only plus points really were the Italian restaurant which is excellent and the receptionist on checking out who was much nicer.

Room was ok Very small Bed was very uncomfortable Ice machine didn’t work Staff was just ok Cleaning person was very friendly and helpful Breakfast was nothing to write home about Back was an ally and very loud for garbage pick up day Said we would have Mountain View and that wasn’t the case

Great location! Room was sizeable. beds were comfortable, area was quiet. Stayed 2 nights & would readily come back.

No ice in ice dispenser. Computer/printer didn’t work to print boarding pass.

The fan did t work, asked for help and was told they would get batteries. They never did. The room was hot the curtains were very dusty and the room stank. I went out to buy air freshener for the room. The only good thing was that we only had to stay 1 night and had a 6:30am flight the next day.

Nice hotel but disappointed to learn about some recent cutbacks made by the new manager for breakfast.

This hotel is conveniently located in town. Staff are friendly and for the most part the hotel rooms are clean. However it is located right next to a bar and if you dont like the sound of loud blaring music until 2am- go elsewhere. I also did not care for the fact that the rooms do not have blackout curtains. With the Sitka sun up from approximately 4am-10pm I found it hard to sleep in our bright room. Finally- they advertise a continental breakfast. I arrived shortly after 8am- they had zero coffee cups, cereal, spoons or anything that would constitute a continental breakfast. Other hotel guests were quite upset with this and there was no staff or manager to report this problem to. We wound up walking into town and going to Highliner cafe for coffee and and bite to eat
