One night stay. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious! Excellent hot breakfast. Staff very friendly.

Only issue was there were bugs in our room on the ceiling! The hotel staff moved us which was nice.

Overall, our stay was excellent. Hotel staff was very helpful and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our room and bathroom were clean, however, we did encounter multiple bugs in our room. While a sign was posted at the front desk regarding this issue, I find it a bit unacceptable to find 5 live bugs in a hotel room during a weekend stay.

The room was impeccably tidy, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast offered was exceptional, and the staff went out of their way to be accommodating.

The gentleman that was working the desk was amazingly patient. He had a hotel full of young athletes. Loud and energetic. The heater/air conditioning unit in our room did not work. We looked at it and the filters were full of thick crud and dirt. We had to remove them. We were in 216. There was mold in the bathroom. Baseboards and flat surfaces needed wiped down.

There were a lot of stank bugs in our room about 60 of them on our beds walls curtains. Thy switched us to another roof and it had the same problem . They had to move us 3x but didn’t feel comfortable because we kept thinking the bugs would crawl on us

The shower head needed replacing and the sink faucet was loose. The Chanel selection was extremely cumbersome. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and basic. I would stay at this facility again when in the area.

No housekeeping service unless asked. I wanted 2 queen beds got 1 queen and pullout couch. It was me and 3 teenage boys

Very friendly staff. Atmosphere is on point. Clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was good and as expected. Wendy's and Hardies are within walking distance.

the hotel room was very comfortable and quite large. The bathroom was a decent size. My critique is that the shower floor was yellowed. At first I thought it was dirty but when I tried to clean it, it looked like the yellow was stained into the shower floor. Was not happy about that.

The property was easy to find. We arrived at 1 PM and attempted to check-in, but were politely told that we could not check-in until 3. At check in, we had to wait in a line. Oh well. But the shower water temperature in the bathroom fluctuated between cold and tepid despite the water temperature at the sink being hot. Not sure what was going on. Disappointing with the price we paid for a 1 night stay. .

Everything was great except the rambunctious kids acting up but I think the disappointment comes from the adults not keeping the kids under control. Why should employees have to repeatedly tell the same group of kids not to do something with not a word from any of the adults? They were so loud it intimated my child who usually loves other kids but doesn’t like loud noises. If they were on our floor we didn’t hear anything after 9. Not sure if the kids we did see were part of the same group but it was respectfully quiet at a decent hour. Room was comfortable and spacious. Wasn’t enough handicap parking. Bed and pillows super comfortable even tho I usually like a firm pillow-it was so relaxing. Plenty of hot water. Adjustable shower nozzle for different types of spray. But no drain cover for a bath. Didn’t try breakfast. Guy at front assured me my receipt would be under my door early and it was. In general I would def stay again and just hope kid group functions aren’t happening. Hate to poo poo on the kids and sound like a grinch but other guests saw it and it clearly annoyed the staff.

The over of clean was great. The breakfast was not good at all…. But I have a service dog and it was very bothersome when my husband came back in and one of the older ladies was talking about it behind our back and was talking to another customer about it. It was very rude of her to do that!!!! So I won’t stay there again

The room was great. The bath was awesome with the safety bars. I really appreciate your concern for my safety. However, I didn't like the little placard stating how much each item in the room would cost if it should become "missing". I do not appreciate being considered a thief and I do not steal.

Very nice room

Pool was shut down for the night which was disappointing as we stay there with our baseball team often. But other than that everything else was great.

It was good except for the back ache I woke up with from the hard mattress
