The staff were super friendly and hardworking, and really make this hotel a pleasant place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable with everything you need (coffee maker, microwave, fridge). Breakfast was nice to have and there are decent options. The only minor downside is that the soundproofing isn’t great (so you can hear some street noise) and the heater and heating system are loud - bring earplugs if you’re disturbed by humming noises or noise in general.

Convenient to Prospect Park

I can't wait for the neighborhood to improve upon its beauty because this will help to make this hotel look more inviting. We were greeted by a professional black sister who knew the meaning of customer service. We looked around and saw the art on the walls and was very happy with the cleanliness of the lobby and once we got to our room was very happy as well. I'm really digging the window shades if you guys happen to respond back to this message please let me know where I can get the colorful window shades. As far as the breakfast menu was concerned it was horrible the coffee by breathe I believe is the name of the company or at least that what written on the coffee pot. I thought it was just me so I did ask a couple of other people in the breakfast nook whether or not they enjoyed the coffee they said it was hot but it was not flavorful. Honestly it tasted like hot water and someone dipped a coffee bag in and right out. To place milk in it made it even worse. The eggs were like powdered eggs very mushy and just wasn't the kind of breakfast you want to wake up to. Parking was ridiculous $40 per day? I found parking everyday, could I have parked in a parking garage for less? yes. But street parking was readily available. Even the wealthy don't spend money unnecessarily. Please look into another company to supply your breakfast I'm sure I'm not the only one on Google or on this platform to complain. Will I come back there's a good possibility if the rate is lower for no breakf

Rooms are compact but poorly maintained. We stayed here for 8 nights. On our first day, the room was not cleaned. When we reported this, the room was cleaned on the second day but not on the third day. We reported this again. The room was then cleaned for the rest of our stay, but the service was uneven. Some days we would find we were just given one fresh towel (we were two guests), some days they would not give us new drinking cups, etc. On the first day, I noticed the room phone was not working and reported this. It wasn’t fixed 3 days later and I reported this again. It still wasn’t fixed during the rest of our stay. Given that we stayed here for 8 nights, this just doesn’t match the level of follow up I expect from a Marriott property.

My reservation was for 1 king room and when I checked in…all they had were doubles. I’m not sure I can understand that considering I paid my reservation in advance. All I received was an apology but it didn’t really seem genuine as both check in and checkout front desk person seemed distracted with something else. The

Great hotel however FYI families the “double sofa bed” is not a pull out. We ended up having to switch to a different room because we couldn’t fit four.

Clean room and friendly staff. Relatively affordable compared to many hotels in the area. The breakfast was AMAZING. The workers were always cleaning the breakfast area and replenishing fresh food items. There was also a ton of choices for breakfast.

The staff front desk were not at all helpful on the morning I checked out nor once I arrived home realizing I'd left behind a folder with important/sensitive documents along we ith my red rimmed eyeglasses. Neither front desk nor housekeeping picked up nor return calls left on vm. It was necessary for me to contact Expedia to retrieve the property I left behind in Room 410. Myeyeglssses were left in the lobby. I did retrieve the folder but not my eyeglasses.

ROOM WAS OK, AND EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED, BUT I PARKED MY CAR OUTSIDE, THAT WAS THE ONLY THING THAT I DID NOT LIKE

It was a very good stay. Enjoyed the room as it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Only thing was the coffee maker not working which wasn't a big deal as there was breakfast downstairs. Other than that, very good and will definitely stay there again.

My stay was pleasant staff was nice. The only unexpected event was parking the lot was full so I had to park on the street. Luckily I found a spot to the side of the suites. Overall I liked my stay.

Remote didn’t work. Went to front desk to get a new one they said they will have house keeping drop one off. Called an hour later and they didn’t have another remotes or batteries to put in the current remote. Towels were stained.

Easy check in, nice rooms

My stay was not pleasant. Lots of noise from customers and the cleaning crews. The monthly alarm system test could be avoided.

The AC unit is not working right, it cannot keep the same temperature and it gets either to cold or to hot!

Was a good experience night

Very basic room and bathroom. For the place to sleep, it is ok. Housekeeping service seems a bit irregular. The cooked and continental breakfast offering is very poor, but they do have suitable cereal and coffee.
