The hotel is in excellent shape, very clean, bright, and spacious. The breakfast has a wonderful selection. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

There were so many kids running up and down the hall yelling to late into the night. I went to talk to the woman at the desk about it and she said that it was ball teams (not sure why they didn’t have their own floor all to them selves) BUT she kinda blew me off like it was no big deal and made me feel like I was the problem for complaining. All I wanted was a good nights sleep since I was in the area because my husband had a heart attack the day before and I hadn’t had sleep 😳 other than that hotel was clean and bed very comfortable

The television never worked. 1st night a person came up to say it was a reception issue (? other rooms and lobby had working tv) and that it would come on. Never did, so the next morning they said they would have maintenance look at it... never did. Complained 2nd night and she asked if she could look at it, told her it had same problem.... never fixed

My sister and I went on weekend trip. The hotel was excellent. Very clean. Great staff. Great breakfast bar. We plan on staying there again in the spring.

Loud, I mean LOUD doors slamming at all hours. Bedding very comfortable, breakfast above average, staff generally helpful and polite

Expedia put me in a Handicap Accessible room that I was not aware I had chosen - if I actually did chose that room. We tried to get the desk staff member to switch rooms for us - we were one of the first people to check in that day and the hotel was basically empty. he said he was fully booked and could not switch us. We have a severely handicapped niece and get very upset when we can not get a Accessible Room - but we see people in that room who do not need a accessible room. I feel Expedia should have a warning or ask a question at the time of booking to assure that the person making the booking actually needs the Handicap Accessible room.

The best Holiday Inn Express hotel I have stayed in all my travel years. Excellent friendly staff. Hotel newly remodeled looks like a new hotel. Room was huge, very clean and modern room design with clean beddings. Very comfortable bed. I will try to use more of Holiday Inn Express from now on

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping. The hotel was very clean and the beds were amazing. The buffet breakfast was delicious and there were many things to choose from. The pool and spa was well maintained but the chlorine seems a bit strong. Our eyes were burning just sitting by the pool. Regardless, we will be going back.

We have stayed at this location a few times and it is always fantastic! We love the morning breakfast, the night staff are super friendly and have been there long term. The pool and hot tub are both really nice and newly renovated. Did I mention the rooms are HUMONGOUS? This is a great first night so if you are headed down to Disney from the GTA. Cleanliness is amazing as well which is important to me. Definitely recommend!

First, let me say that every single staff member we encountered was beyond incredible. Front desk, housekeeping, breakfast attendant, they all were very helpful and truly nice people that did everything to accommodate us with a smile on their face.
The hotel is also one of the cleanest we have stayed in!
I have zero complaints about our stay.

Our room (2 double beds) was very well-designed. It had plenty of space and a lot of surfaces to place travel items. The pool and whirlpool were really nice. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The bed was medium soft. Breakfast was good.

Staff was polite and friendly. Accommodations were comfortable, clean and up-to-date. Shower/tub and bathroom were spotless and new. If I wasn’t so tired I would’ve taken a bath, or gone down to the pool and hot tub. Breakfast bar was excellent. Definitely would stay there again on my way down to South Carolina.

Rooms were clean and a good breakfast buffet may only complaint would be that the room doors are too loud when they close, they need soft shut adjusters on them.
