We had a great time. Location was excellent. Can walk to beach and shops and restaurants. Home was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us store our luggage upon checkout. I don’t like they make you take out the trash and clean the kitchen dishes upon checkout. Everything else was great.

The location was great. It was near the beach, bus station, and restaurants. The staff was amazing, they were very nice and helpful. The apartment was very spacious, well equipped and had a very good air conditioner. It's a great option if traveling with the kids. My only recommendation would be to do some touch up renovations to the interior of the rooms.

This is the second time we have stayed at Lugaris Beach Apartments. The accommodation and staff are excellent.
We were particularly pleased with the views from our apartment on this visit.

For the amount you are paying for this property, the fact that the apartments are run down (flickering light bulbs, rotten wood in bathrooms, washer / dryer that is very poor), they only clean the apartment once during your stay, and amenities are oversold (pool is much smaller than image makes it appear) you could find better quality for value elsewhere. Only plus is location if not interested in being near main / gothic part of city.

I was very disappointed when arrived at the hotel apartment, there was not a pleasant smell in the room, and in order not to feel this, we had to buy a flavoring agent, also it is not possible to use water in the kitchen, it smells of something bad.The bed is not very comfortable, two connected cheap quality mattresses keep moving apart and you fall into a hole. In general, the price does not match the quality of the hotel. Only bonus you get is nice area and easy access to metro, bus, restaurants and beach.

Overall our stay was positive. The apartment was clean and well equipped. It is located in a nice safe area next to the beach. We did find it a bit far from the city centre but knew that when we chose the apartment. The only problem we had with the apartment was the key to open the door to the apartment, it was always a challenge to get the door open. I would recommend staying at this apartment if you don’t mind being away from the city centre and if you want to spend time at the beach.

It’s essentially a home away from home. All the amenities of a home (full kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer), particularly important when traveling with kids were included in the apartment.
The staff were nice and very helpful with suggestions/ recommendations.
The beach, restaurants and playgrounds were a short walk away.

Amazing location in Barcelona. All areas are very accessible using the bus or metro, the bus stop is right outside! Lovely location over-looking the beach, we would definitely stay here again next time we go to Barcelona!

This property is beautifully situated close to the beach and we walked to all of the sites of the city from our accomodation. It is really well equipped, clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful when we were planning our trip answering all of our questions. There is a supermarket close by and with a large fridge and freezer we could have stayed at this accommodation much longer. We really enjoyed walking along the beach which is just across the road from the accomodation.
We would definitely recommend this accomodation to family and friends and we would stay there again if visiting Barcelona.
If we had stayed longer we would have enjoyed the rooftop pool too, which looked lovely.

When I first saw many 10/10 rating for this property, I thought it was exaggeration. After staying there for six nights with my family, I admit that they really deserve that high rating. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. Raphael was so helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean with complete items we needed for our stay. The bed is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Clean bathroom with good water pressure. The shower head is a bit annoying but if you put /hang it on the opposite side it works fine. The place is near to the beach at a very nice and beautiful road. The area is walkable and you could find number of restaurants, bakeries, small marts etc on Rambla Del Poblenou road which is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. We will definitely stay again at this place next time. One advice for visitors: please read their policy before you travel. Understanding their policy will make your life very easy while you are there.

Very spacious and the decor was modern. Only thing I didn’t like was that it was advertised as an apart-hotel (me thinking that they’d change our towels, tidy the room etc.) but this was not the case. Maintenance could really be improved on too as the showers had black mould in between the grout. Lots of chipped tiles etc.

Nice place in a lovely area of Barcelona. Easy to get to most places and less than 2mins walk to the beach. They say it’s 35min walk into the city but I found it longer than that (more like 50mins and I wasn’t walking slowly) but it’s a nice walk.
I will say that if you can, book and ocean view or city view apartment..otherwise you’re looking into the other apartments in the block…which I didn’t like so much.
I think an improvement could be to have some basics in the kitchen like salt & pepper, you are given a pack with some small packets but having some actual s & p grinders would be much better as it’s annoying and wasteful to have to buy a whole thing for a short trip. But otherwise it’s nice, clean, easy apartment and I would recommend.

Perfect for what we wanted; on the beach and slightly away from the high-traffic tourist areas, hotels, restaurants and shopping districts but close enough to walk to them in say 30-45 minutes. The unexpected bonus was the fantastic neighbourhood rambla with great restaurants and its Catalan Spanish charm just 2 blocks from the Apartment. 10/10.

We found out that the Lugaris Apartments in Poblenau is the ideal place to stay when visiting Barcelona for a couple of weeks. Poblenau is a great part of Barcelone, nice shops, close to the beach (literally accross the street), pleasant nightlife and only a 15 minute bikeride / 30 min walk away from the city center.
We found the Lugaris apartments very well furnished and the staff are of great service. They arranged rental bikes for us. Also, if you come by car, the (in our case included) underground parking is ideal. The swimming pool on the roof is a nice bonus.
Will definitely stay here the next time we visit.

Great location close to metro station, and little restaurant that offer a lot of options. Just waking distance from the beach. The ladies at the front desk are sweet and kind, however the gentleman needs a little bit of customer service training.

Loved the location - right next to the beach, away from the hustle of downtown but close enough to walk or bike. The staff were very helpful (Eva, Monica, Raphael). Rented bikes for our stay instead of taking buses / metro and having to wear a mask. Easy to get around, lots of bike paths and spots to park them. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent holiday with Lugaris Beach Apartment. As a family of 5 we had almost everything we needed, very comfy beds, we could borrow beach towels at no extra charge, great air con, clean and all the equipment we needed. There was a brilliant supermarket nearby and we could walk to the beach and all the sites we wanted to see. The only criticism would be that one dishwasher tablet is not enough! We only stayed 5 nights and ask you have to but them in big packets it was expensive to use the dishwasher! Otherwise we coukd not fault it and highly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lugaris. Good amenities, and very good internet access included (puts big chain hotel to absolute shame).
We didn't get to use the pool much as it was very popular, but the nearby beaches were our preferred option anyway, crystal clear water, especially early in the day.
Please add the checkout procedure (where to put keys out of hours, etc) to the FAQ on the website. We had a query, but was past the office closing time, and we were leaving early.

Not bad, though they are charging for a late check in that they do not inform in advance. I was on a flight when I received the email that I will pay additional 30-50€ if I arrive later than 7pm. My flight was delayed and that’s exactly what happened. The pool is small and closed after 9 pm. The location is amazing though, local beach is 3 minutes away and also Ramblas with a lot of wonderful restaurants. Price wise they charge as they are a 4-star hotel in the city center of Barcelona.
