The staff was really accomodating and very nice. The hotel was superb and I was near shopping centers and food. Thank you for making 6 days there pleasant.

The staff is amazing. Good breakfast. Reasonable pricing. The location is awesome, close to a 24h supermarket and close to a shopping mall. I will definitely book again!

We arrived at midnight after a long travel day, once we finally got a room we realized the AC wasn't working. We were given another room which clearly wasn't as nice and was smaller than the room we paid for. We were the awoken in the early morning by the sounds of power tools. They were doing construction on an adjoining room. After minimal sleep and a rude awakening, we were given a third room, also not the level of room we paid for but the AC worked and there was no construction noise. A low bar. Service wasn't great, they didn't really acknowledge our terrible experience.

We had an amazing stay at Sonesta. Excellent service, very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was delicious every day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. The location is great, very close to Unicentro.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is also conveniently located within a 7-minute walk to a huge shopping mall.

Cozy environment with great staff. Good room size. Close to shops. Great breakfast with wide variety and nice gym. Safe transportation always available at the hotel door.

The front desk staff was not too friendly. Everyone else was. My AC did not work and called down twice. They knew before I checked in that the AC did not work. They brought a portable one that also did not work. It was way too hot and the halls were way too dark.

Excellent service. Very well trained staff. Friendly, smiling, welcoming. Parking included.

This area was perfect to walk @ night. The hotel is located in a perfect area with unicentro just a walk away. The staff were very friendly and treat me with respect. I would recommend others to stay here if you want a safe area with a shoppingmall close.

The hotel is located in a great and safe area. Parking is available on site. Upon arriving you’ll be greeted with the most friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was wonderful and it had good variety. Definitely would stay again!

Amazing hotel centrally located to major shopping malls and avenues. Excellent breakfast buffet, cleanliness and attention to detail…everyone is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very modern too! Will be staying here again.

They have a room with no working A/C, the room was HOT and the walls had smell like glue very strong, I complained and for 2 and a half hours nobody showed up, then I called again to the reception and that’s when they sent somebody to check and confirm what I was saying. They changed me of room at 1:30 am, having arrived at 10:30 pm
