Cleanliness
Staff. Receptionist was very rude and kind of I don’t care. Kept me waiting for an hour to check-in. Plenty of people from Canara bank checked out in front of me and even though receptionist gentleman said no room available before 12. Paper rule. Come on. He should learn basics of handling guests.

The rooms were spacious.
No value for money, bathroom didn't had geyser, small bathroom, the lights were not working.

When I enter the room and I saw cockroach on the bed ....room was not clean

The hotel badly needs renovation. After 5 hours of ac the room temperature was still 27° C. Ac was not working in all the 3 rooms which I switched that day
