The staff is so sweet here

convenient location, clean, friendly staff

The staff here is truly amazing and genuinely accommodating. Even if something has malfunction they have handled it quickly, explaining and fixing whatever the issue was that it was never really inconvenient. Breakfast is nice with juice, coffee yogurt and waffles. Pretty awesome

They had a few bugs in the room an I only had one towel in my room

Hotel clerk had to book us into 3 different rooms, because apparently the maids hadn't cleaned the 1st two as they appeared as if the room being occupied. The beds were not made up and the t.v. was on in one of them. The 3rd room was fine, but miniature toiletries were used

Room was spacious, clean. Breakfast was cereal or waffle, no eggs or meat. Was a comfortable stay. Coffee was very good!

I was workng full time througout my stay and returned each day to have my room key deactivated. The mgmt approached me on my 7th day in the room out of 10 days to require a fee for the ''pet room" i contacted Expedia, then was denied access to my room by the manager AND BEGAN YELLING THAT I DIDNT PAY HM FOR THE ROOM unless i paid the fee. Expedia agent AARON assisted me with the fact that I was not in a different room and the fee requested was not outlined in the res details as even a possibility. The mgmt finally relented, and agreed to honor the reservation, and return my key, and on he next day, my key would not work and the staff wouldnt allow me access to the room due not beig paid the fee. I insisted this ws resolved and she gave me a workng key after calling the mgmt,and wa rude and stated that it DIDN'T MATTER WHAT THE MANAGER DISCUSSED WITH EXPEDIA OR WHAT WAS SAID BY EXPEDIA I STILL HAD TO PAY THE FEE....AND THAT I WOULD PAY ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. THEN, she told me they wouldnt be extending my stay....i didn't know why, because i didnt want that anyway afte this attempt to scam and extort more money from me. I strongly suggest that it is made clear that there is NO CONCEPT OF SERVICE OR COURTESY AT THS LOCATION AND IN FACT EXPECT CHARGES FOR THINGS YOU DID NOT USE or Request. Not to mention they badmouthed Expedia and claime that payment to Expedia was not eve received on time

Homeless camped in parking lot. Bathroom fan sounds like it is grinding up something. Propped chair up against my door for safety.

Free water or soft drink every day. Front desk very nice.

Staff doing the best they can with an older property. Cleaning could be much better. DO NOT USE EXPEDIA. OVERCHARGED AND DID NOT PAY HOTEL FULL AMOUNT. I HAD TO PAY MORE MONEY WHEN I GOT THERE. NEVER AGAIN

It was a nice hotel in a great location

The hotel is a little older and there may be a stain here and there. That did not affect the cleanliness or comfort of the room. Every person on the staff from the front desk, maintenance man, young women who cleaned our rooms to the manager made us feel welcome and were willing to do what was necessary to make our stay comfortable. This hotel is very conveniently located to everything. I will definetly stay here again and strongly recommend this property.

The room was very Tired and there was someone next door that was "fighting" 1/2 the night...the staff are very nice, but this was the worst motel we ever stayed at! The front desk person is very sweet and accommodating! We will never stay here again! When we went to get coffee and food, the room was not set-up!

The front desk person was extremely friendly and even called to make sure I made it to my room ok.

The room was not throughly cleaned. The bathtub was dirty. The breakfast was mediocre and wasnt even a breakfast as the bananas we over-ripe and they on had waffles and old cereal. Absolutely would never, ever stay there again!!

The room wasn’t clean different prices on drinks

I liked the fridge & microwave. I couldn't get the ice machine to work. The towels could use fabric softener. The wifi sucked & the continental breakfast sucked badly.

This property was horrible. Got to our room at 4 and there was still cleaning going on. Had to wait another 45 mins to get in our room. Bathtub was filthy and didn’t want to shower. Bathroom door was all jagged at the bottom. Pool wasn’t opened and the water was drained. Got up for breakfast and there was no food like we were told. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!!!

Property not kept up we'll mainly in room. In general very worn and outdated.

This hotel is horrible. The we had to change rooms several times. One room smelled of urine so bad it turned my stomach and it was hard to breathe in there. The other room had not been cleaned yet and we checked in around midnight so that should of been done. The bathrooms have cigarette burns everywhere, pubic hair and head hair everywhere in the corners. Stains on the carpet and walls , it was just nasty. And outside were drunks, the guy changing the trash cans was really drunk he had a hard time walking. There were prostitutes hanging out with their pimps at the doors of their rooms. This place should be shut down. But I do have to say the receptionist was as helpful as she could be. She tried to make us comfortable and we knew none of this was her doing. This place needs to be closed and rehabbed along with security to keep the dealers and pimps away.
