Sheets had stains on them bathroom was dirty blood in sink

This hotel has to be one of the worst. I have ever stayed in. Whomever checked me in was so cold and unfriendly. It made me feel unwelcome from the start. My room Was infested with cockroaches they were everywhere I Booked a two night Stay and could not be refunded for the second night so I didn't sleep for 2 days. I was terrified, it was disgusting.

Although the check in time in limited to 9pm, the gentleman was kind enough to wait for us to arrive around midnight. It is an average place to stay but not too terrible.

Was able to book last minute for an excellent price. Although the carpet was heavily worn and the bathroom was dated, everything was clean! Walls and molding were recently painted. Beds and linens were clean and fresh. At the main office, they were knowledgeable about the area, and the recommendations were wonderful!

Just not worth the money

The mattress was still wrapped in plastic. Everything else was good….maybe could have been a little cleaner, there were some long hair occasionally

Bathroom window broken and taped. Sheets dirty and wash rag found wet and dirty hanging from shower water control. Floors were filthy. Tv did not work properly would not recommend

Could not check in, there was nobody at office and call the number they said to call, no answer I waited for an hour, I better not be charge

Unable to connect to Wi-Fi. Roku TV did not work…kept shutting off. Impossible to watch a program. Room was clean. Full kitchen but no cups plates utensils or ice machine.

The room was nice but it smelled terrible of smoke, so bad it was hard to breathe. The pool was pure green, disgusting.

I travel more than 200 days a year average for the last twenty years. I have stayed in some really crappy places over the years, but nothing has compared to this s__thole. I do not write reviews, but I need to warn you and anyone else looking at staying here. The (Office) Chair and love seat must have come from a trailer park trash pile. Plastic sheeting used for a mattress cover in case a guest might be as dirty as the rest of the room? Towel used as a drape allowed BRIGHT light in at night... !? I am NOT kidding!!! The comforter was dirty and all pilled up on the side that would touch your skin. I laid a beach towel down (on top of everything) and slept wearing a hoodie, long pants, and socks. YUK! I didn't even unpack my computer to work in the room (which is SOP for me) Do yourself a favor and pass this one by.

There was a dirty pair of men’s underwear in the bathroom with a dirty washcloth. The room looked like it was not cleaned and even after we left and came back the beds were made but the bathroom was still not clean and the floors were dirty. The bed linens were spotted and we asked for new pillowcases because they were spotted too. Management was very nice, it was quiet and it was fairly comfortable. It’s an inexpensive place so I didn’t have high hopes.

This place is a dump ! There was Roaches In the bathroom, the comforter had stains on it ! And they tried saying I only booked two adults one child online when I booked two kids two adults and charged me an additional $40 cash only …we couldn’t sleep all night because we were just not comfortable being there ! Never again !!!

I only stayed one night but it suited my needs finely

The beds were terribly uncomfortable , didn't look like there were clean sheets on the bed, no bath towels. Came back to room that afternoon bed wasn't made no clean towels, was told if we wanted the bed made or clean towels there was an extra charge! Would never recommend this place or return. We actually checked out a day early due to the conditions, still had to pay for the day.

I saw the reviews and saw some owner replies that said they were in the process of renovating. Well let me say they did unfortunately it was basically limited to a “fresh” coat of paint. Place was a disaster. Was not cleaned from previous stays. The sink was filled with beard shavings. The microwave had whatever spilled from the previous occupant. The worst part was the bedding. Moldy comforter and the sheets smelled like it wasn’t washed. I went to switch rooms and looked at 4 other rooms and my original was the “cleanest”. The best part was when I complained of dirty sheets/comforter, the manager gave me sheets and told me to change the bedding myself! If I could give this place negative stars I’d give it a solid -5 stars…

My stay at this property was pleasant. The rooms are very spacious. I personally love the fact there are no carpets in the rooms. My room had a stove, a fridge, a microwave, a flat screen tv, but the tv service needed improvement, as my program kept stopping. Bathroom was not the largest, but clean, nice, well kept. There was a modern beach feel that I appreciated. The pool was closed (June 2022), but they were renovating it. The property grounds felt safe and there is parking. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant as well, another positive. 17 minute walk from Jenks Pavilion and the boardwalk/3 minute drive. Overall, I would stay again and I do recommend.

Horrible place, filthy and delapidated

I stay in a lot of hotels for my work, across the country and the world. This might be the worst hotel room I’ve ever had in the United States. If you require any sort of comfort, cleanliness, or functioning facilities like a shower, don’t stay here! Reminds me of a third world country hotel from India or Africa, but atleast in those countries the room would cost $8 not over $100.

I wanted to stay the night in this hotel, but it was disgusting. There were roaches in the bathroom. Just generally dirty EVERYWHERE and this seems like the perfect place to pick up bugs you don’t want to get near! Also, the person at checkin took a picture of my credit card information

This is an old motel which probably had its hey-day in the 60's and 70's. The managers/owners are working hard to "resurrect" it. It's located in a really nice neighborhood with a great bagel shop on the next corner and fantastic Italian restaurant on the very next corner. As I do with every place I stay, I bring my own cleaning supplies, just in case. There really wasn't a need. Just a nice refreshing change from "cookie cutter" motels/hotels.

Motel was very nasty , blankets had stains in them. Blinds all torn and some missing. It should be illegal for this place to be even rented out, I have never seen a hotel or motel looking like that, I was very disappointed and left immediately.
