We had reserved with two full beds and ended up having to stay in a King room. Air conditioner wasn’t working and we had to move. The only room was available was the king and my husband asked if we could just cancel. They said they couldn’t give us our money back. My daughter ended up driving back home 2 hours home due to not having a bed to sleep in! We checked in at almost midnight because my family was in Concan and we were on the Frio all day. The following morning we wanted to shower but only had 1 towel and a smaller one. The phones weren’t working so we could not communicate with them.

AC not working properly. Dirty sheets. No towels in room. No hand soap.

Air condition unit was not cooling properly

It was our first time visiting Chalk Bluff and booked a room at the Motel 6 even tho I had seen bad reviews. In all honesty I was not paying an extra 170.00 to stay down the street. Figured what the heck it's one night. All the bad reviews were dead wrong lol. I gotta say we get to the room and it's super clean, smelled great. The ac was not on but I get it. I turned the ac on and about an hr later it was super cold the way I like it. We do plan on staying there again when we visit Chalk Bluff again. Great night's sleep.

Outside lights did not work, dark shady area. Interior main light also did not work. No extractor fan in the bathroom. Only had 2 towels and no refill soaps. Worst part cockroaches behind the bed headboard. Place needs to get completly remodel.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! RUN DOWN, AC ISSUES WAS NOT ABKE TO BE ACCOMMODATED. MANAGER WANTED TO GIVE US A BOX FAN. WAS NOT WILLING TO RELOCATE US IN ANOTHER ROOM WITH WORKING AC. COULD NOT GET REFUNDED.

Upon arrival we were in a room Where the kitchen net did not work looked under the cabinet to loose wires So we were Able to switch rooms with a new kitchen at. But unfortunately the a c did not work properly in the new room.

We didn't even stay there. The property owner offered to refund the stay but we booked through Expedia and they couldn't.

Room we stayed in had bedbugs!!!

The a/c in the room didn’t work and asked to be moved but they said no that someone would come look at the a/c unit but no one came so got stuck in that room

Start off the room had not been cleaned properly. The restroom towels were torn to a point of unusable. The room key pad wasn’t working (door wouldn’t lock)and when I called front desk about the situation they said it was the first time they were hearing about this and couldn’t do anything about it. I was going to go get food and they told me if I could leave somebody inside the room because the door wouldn’t lock. The air was turned off and basically didn’t get fresh until check out time. IT WAS HORRIBLE! I will never come back to a motel 6 EVER.

My bed didn't seem very clean. There were hairs that weren't mine on the sheets and it overall just had an unclean feeling to it. It wasn't terrible, but I definitely wasn't comfortable. The staff was friendly though and found me a ground floor room because I had a bunch of heavy equipment to bring in.

The bathroom was filthy, black spots on the floor, a brown ring in toilet brown spots in the bath tub and the shower curtain was moldy There were roaches roaming all over the room and the ac was not working properly. Even running the system at high and max ac the temperature in the room never went below 82 degrees The room super expensive. The same price of a holiday inn or a courtyard The worst hotel and room I ever have the misfortune to pay for. Do not stay in this hotel under any circumstance It is a lie to call this garbage a hotel

The a/c unit did not cool off the room and was given two box fans to fix the problem. Was told no other rooms were available but hotel was not fully booked. Will not be stay at this Hotel 6 again.

Stayed 3 nights, requested housekeeping and never got serviced. No fresh towels or toilet paper. Hair and stains on bedding. Walls had dried vomit. Requested batteries for remote, never received. Couldnt watch tv. Booked last minute due to funeral so didn't have many options.

Stinky food left in mini fridge . Burn marks on tub. Bathroom door cracked and had water damage. Ac was not cold enough. Found some hairs in bed and on pillow.

The room was clean The refrigerator & microwave, TV worked. The restroom & shower area was so clean.

We've stayed at this motel 6 before n been very happy,but this last saturday we had a reservation n we arrived 10 minutes before checkin..to where my husband was told the rooms werent ready get n it would be about 30 n minutes we'd have to wait (ok) no happy, im disabled n oxygen so we always get a room downstairs as i cant really climb stairs well, so when we finally saw the cleaning lady she actually started cleaning another room before ours, we werent happy n quite upset by this time we had been waiting 45 minutes, n were possibly gonna be late for the reason we were in town....finally husband went back in office n just asked for any room n it ended up being upstairs, n then our door wouldnt open, we ended up having to get office to open our door then n then agian @12am when we got from the dance we were invited i to town for...all in all i hope we dont have this problem agian if we ever book at this hotel.. just do better motel6

It’s always available when needed. No shampoo and the towels were thin and had a few stains

The room I booked was infested with roaches. I asked for a late check-out and they would only give me til 1130, after I had stayed for 3 nights. Matt McDaniel

I didn’t like anything about the hotel. People were rude and room was very dirty.

Clean but my room wasnt ready

Very basic accommodations, but okay for the price. No coffee maker in room. Clean facility , and friendly staff. The TV was ridiculously complicated to operate.

Everything was perfect

Accomodations were good. I like the non-carpet floors and full size fridge. Rooms do not have coffee makers. Area outside is very motel-ish.

Room was good for a day

Over the last year I know all the properties in Uvalde have been occupied and they have had a lot of dollars come thru but unfortunately this property has not seen much improvement. From exterior paint , fixtures , landscaping and then the condition of the rooms. Broken stone countertop in kitchenette, the bathroom walls are in terrible shape and I had to make sure my key worked every evening at the front desk ( I stayed there 3 nights) was not terrible but for $140 a night I expect more. I was happy that the hotel adjacent was full of state troopers so at least I felt secure.

The faucet in the shower felt like it was going to fall off if you turned it to quickly

The room was so dirty. Felt like it hadn't been swept in weeks. Hair was on the shower walls. For a non smoking room it stunk.

It wasn't cheap and I expected some quality in return, but place had even dirty beddings, hot water was rather warm and bathtub in disgusting state. I don't recommend staying in that place, usually motel 6 is nicer, but this one is not one of them.

Horrible no shampoo , terrible linens

Was actually very impressed! Just like the pictures, updated rooms, fresh painted walls, VERY clean. Smelled like cleaning supplies when we walked in the room. Nice size flat screen TV, With roku. (Hulu,Netflix ect) You can stream straight from your phone! I would definitely recommend.
