The locks doesn’t work well with the keys and I have to go front desk to fixed and still doesn’t work until I realize was the locks the problem. I had the sign of not disturb and the housekeeping knock the door 1/2 before the check out. The front desk doesn’t looks like helpfull and the personal doesn’t care. Bad I never stay there again.

Everyone at the OC Hampton Inn was excellent in customer service and professionalism. My issue was with Hotels.com because while I made the reservation, it was never submitted to Hampton Inn. Consequently, they didn’t have my reservation in their system. If it had not been for Lana, it would have been a total disaster.

Friendly staff and very clean facility and rooms.

Great place to stay with a family! We only stayed 1 night, but it was close to everything in ocean city, they had free breakfast and the pool/spa area was super clean and fun! The only issue we had was when we got to our room the tv wouldn't turn on. The front desk had already TEXTED us to thank us for staying and asked if we had any issues. We told them about the tv and someone from maintenance came up to our room within 5 minutes!!! Would definitely stay here again! Great bay views too!!

Everything was great the pool area was great

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the room was large so it was great for my family to stay. Also, it would be better if you checked the sofa bed mat.

Where to start...the hotel site had restaurant and bar listed. Nope. They did have a decent breakfast, however. The morning after we got there, we had noticed that on the floor of the batroom by the toilet and toilet itself, there were some spots that looked as though it may have been bodily fluid.. There was also a wadded up paper which looked like a receipt on the floor of that area. We spoke with the front desk and were told someone would take care of it. We left and when we returned to the hotel, were told there was nothing there. Sure enough, it was still there. Told them but with her attitude I said forget it! The rest of the room was clean and very comfortable although daily housekeeping was totally unsatisfactory. Pet area left a little to be desired for the extra we paid.. Except for a couple of women up front on the evening shift, staff not pleasant all. Won't be going back.

Property was average for it's age, and staff was nice, but they need to repair the outside hot tub, and ditch the constantly lighted balconies. They are absolutely useless after dark when you might want a little privacy.

Indoor pool and work out room was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. View of the bay from the room at sunset was awesome! Breakfast was good and coffee avail anytime. Only two things we noticed. Our room was next to elevator and it made lots of noise going up and down. The timer on the whilrpool was not working and we had to time ourselves. But other than that, not bad at all.

I liked everything about our Hampton visit. The staff was very friendly. At check in they gave us bottled water. The room was spacious with all the amenities. The TV picture and channel selection was excellent. We had a balcony with a full view of the bayside. The breakfast buffet was delicious and included many food options. How great to have an indoor and outdoor pool. We only stayed one night but next time we will definitely stay longer to enjoy all the amenities.

Reservations we made were to sleep 5 Adults and it was all paid for through Expedia!!! We were asked to pay in advance! The room was small, but enough to squeeze in 2 Queen beds, however, there was no sleeping accommodation for the 5th member of our party. We asked for an additional bed of course, but we were told there wasn't any!!! We reasoned with the front desk person to no avail. We were offered to move to a suite for at least $20 more per night. We were hungry and tired and so we agreed then found out that it too was a mistake to agree! Why? The suite, we'll say twice the size of the first room we moved out from, a bit more spacious but still, NO BED!!! The sofa was more like a love seat and the annoying thing about it is that the sofa makes a creaking noise each time the person lying on it moves. We would like a refund of the money paid and SHAME ON YOU, Hampton Inn & Suites Ocean City/Bayfront-Convention Center Ocean City, Maryland by HILTON!?!?!

Everything about this hotel was great. On my check out date, I heard a knock at the door, I told them to hang on, I was getting dressed, I had just got out of the shower, and the disregarded me and came right in, even after I yelled again, I’m getting dressed the house keeper told me at 9:04 am I was past my check out. I told the front desk and they said someone was missing. So instead of saying that, they just barged in my room, and told me I was over my stay, and then front desk had a different story. I would never stay here again! Didn’t even apologize. Just brushed it off

After paying a decent amount to stay here JUST because I thought we’d be getting good amenities (ie. pool & hot tubs) we were left very disappointed. The pool was filthy. The hot tubs were not working. The only one that was somewhat working wasn’t even hot. The other was colder than the pool. None of this was mentioned to us. Also, upon arriving to the room, I noticed that the fitted sheets did not fit the mattress. When I asked to get it changed, I was told that’s just how the sheets are. Half of the mattress was out exposed, which is absolutely disgusting for a hotel.

I met a lady at the front desk Ms. Charlotte . She was totally awesome!!! All who work there were very nice. I just took a liking to Ms. Charlotte… she is my Sista. I love her!!!

The service was very good and the people were very friendly and helpful

Balcony was right over the pool and had no privacy walls. Garbage in ice machine area stank very bad. Male bathroom on first floor had multiple flies in the room. Breakfast was not prepared for the amount of people. There was a long line waiting for food and because of time, we could not get any food besides juice. Not worth the price we paid. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

They helped with checking out a day earlier and it was a beautiful hotel!

It has everything that you would want for a good stay. It's one block away from the beach which was great. There was no need to move the car being it was closes to restaurants and watersports.

The hotel wasn't as expected i called the day before to get the room availablefor early check-in the employeetook my phone number and said he'll call me once the room is ready but no one did. The room wasn't cleaned at all before check-in, i called the recipien the following morning to inform them at 11am that beds and carpet are full of pets hair amd he promised someone will come and clean it. 5 hours later at 4pm after no one showed up i called again and he said he is busy with check-in's!!!!! What about my check-in that was supposed to be cleaned before i get to the room?? Breakfast was almose the same everyday except small changes on how the eggs were cooked, the only thing was the outdoor pool kids loved it and close to shopping areas.

It was a nice stay. Good pool and hot tub. Hampton Inn is always a solid choice.
