The Hilton Garden Inn saved us after we had to leave another local hotel due to its extremely poor condition. The Hilton was incredibly clean. The staff was beyond friendly. We could not have been happier with our stay!

Room had some unsafe broken furniture. It was VERY noisy with people running around yelling in the halls. Had dinner which was expensive and TERRIBLE with burnt portions. WIFI did not work -- computer and phone connected to their router but could not access any net pages. Room was cold no matter how high we turned the heat. Would never go back

This hotel location was perfect for the conference I was attending near by. The room is comfortable enough, though a bit dated. I chose to have my room serviced each day but housekeeping didn’t come once. That was a little disappointing.

My wife and I stayed at this property recently and our experience was awful. A few of the things that were terrible:
- The room was dirty.
- The bed had a white stain on the frame that looked like bodily fluids. Not sure if it was, but gross none-the-less.
- The chair in the room was visibly dirty, had stains, and its upholstery was disintegrating.
- The air conditioner was very loud.
- The pool water was green. We thought this might be due to their chemicals, but the adjacent hot top water was clear. It looked too gross to swim in.
- My wife is disabled and asked for a couple more bed pillows to get comfortable. The staff informed us they were "out of pillows at this time." Really? Also, requested extra towels were not available either.
But here is the worst part: they double charged us! We booked the room through Expedia and paid for it. The day after our stay, the hotel directly charged us AGAIN for the same stay! Mistakes happen, so I called the hotel. None of the staff could get the manager (only transfer me to his voice mail) despite having called numerous times on different days at different times when I was told the manager would be in. I left MULTIPLE messages for the manager about the double charge, but NONE were returned. I never got to speak to the manager despite WEEKS of trying and I still haven't been refunded their mistaken charge.
This hotel is awful at best and a scam at worst. DO NOT STAY HERE! The Hilton name is ruined for me now.

I had a major issue with my room on Friday morning where I was completely locked out of my room by a dead door keycard reader, but the staff there was very quick to help with the problem, and got me back into my room (and subsequent new room) as soon as they were able. I don't fault the front desk staff for the issue, and fortunately there was another property nearby that had a person on hand that could help with the door, but the hotel owners probably should update the doors with new locks/keycard systerms sooner rather than later. I was told I would be given extra points for the issue though, which was nice, but I have yet to see those points on my account.

I keep trying to leave a review for this place and it is rejected. When I did speak with the representative at the Hilton they were more than accommodating but they referred me back to Expedia because I didn't show up due to unforeseen circumstances and I don't agree with the refund policy. So as for Hilton, fantastic as for my planned but foiled trip..not so hot.

This property was perfect. I stayed with my wife and 2 sons for a Tae Kwon Do tournament at the Expo Center. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, breakfast in the morning was really good. And the staff was unbelievably accomodsting every step of the way. I hope the tournament is here again next year so we can stay here again. My kids loved the indoor pool too

Very upset that the one reason we booked, and paid the higher nightly rate for this hotel was for the hot tub, and when we went down to the pool, we discovered that it was not working. After notifying the desk, they sent someone down to look into it. After half an hour, they informed us that they could not fix it and someone would've be out until the next day. It was our anniversary and we wanted to have a private, relaxing night away from home, with this being an anticipated highlight, so we were extremely disappointed. Upon notifying the staff about the situation, we were offered snacks (small bags of chips) as compensation. We could have stayed in a Choice Hotel location with more comfortable bed/bedding (our usual preference) for half the price. The bathtub in our room had cracked caulk and mildew under the soap dish, and the tub stopper would not seal, so this was not a great alternative. The bath towels felt like sandpaper (very stiff and rough.)The room and hotel overall was average, and in my opinion they are overpriced for the quality they advertise. When comparing other options, we will not choose this location again.

They couldn’t find my reservation and directed me to Hampton Inn Hotel next to it. I was a bit confused, so I went to Hampton Inn, and when Hampton insisted there didn’t have me, and actually took the time to look at my confirmation # on my phone. They then said it must be a mixed up or confusion because my hotel clearly stated Hilton and had the correct address, so they redirected me back to Hilton. Well, I went back to Hilton and insisted on another search using my confirmation Number. The front lady said they did not have me on a check-in list, but the receptionist found it later found through my confirmation #.
Upon arriving in my room( 205), there was a massive stain on the carpet right at the entrance. This was a big turn-off as my toddler kept asking, “ what's that, mom, very dirty, nasty, etc.’. When we got inside my room, it was a bit dusty, and the refrigerator had opened and expired children's juices that I immediately took about so my toddler won't ask to drink them. This hotel could do better with cleanliness if someone took the time to clean up after each guest left. I am overall very disappointed and will not be returning. I paid over )200 for the room!

The property was very nice I had no issues. My problem was with Expedia. I selected a room that slept 4 ppl. The room I was placed in only slept 2 and a conference table.

I have to give low star for this location. I requested to clean room two days. Nobody came. They told me it must request the day before. I did. My room is still unclean. It is close to expo location. Shuttle bus was great. Drive was very friendly and nice.
