It is a nice hotel in a good location but showing it’s age.

It was ok room very nice. Bathroom terrible lighting. The body wash was completely empty. The girl struggled to check us in. Found out later that we were supposed to get drink tickets when o went to the front desk to get them was told she wouldn’t give me them because I was supposed to get them when check in. Told her I am not a lier. Bar area was very nice

We were in the pet room and it smelled like urine so bad. The chair had poop looking stains on it. It was hard to sleep because of the smell.

I checked into this location Sunday afternoon. I was given a room on the first floor. The hotel was very clean, and appeared in great condition. However, when I got to my room, the lighting, or lack there of, was horrible. I couldn't keep the curtains open because my room faced the parking lot, and anybody could see in. When I looked at the tub to take a bath, a lot of the caulking was molded. Then, at 10:30AM, housekeeping starts BANGING on my door! I was taking a shower. When I got done, I went to the door, the housekeepers were across the hall. I yelled over asking what they wanted. The male housekeeper lied and told me checkout was 10:30AM. I closed my door, and checked my reservation that CLEARLY stated 11:00AM is checkout!

Very good place to stay. The only complaint was with the window blackout curtain didn't roll up or down that is a minus.

Rooms were nice size. Couch was filthy and bed was hard as a rock. Check in staff was so nice and overall condition of the room was ok.

The room was large, and comfortable. The window opened onto the parking lot, with no privacy blind, so we had to keep the blackout curtains closed. While there was a free breakfast, it was not very good. Did not have a chance to use the restaurant as it was closed for a conference. Parking was fairly limited. Staff was friendly.

Our room was ok... Not as clean as it should have been. The gentleman at checkin was less than friendly. The restaurant menu was limited and did not get our take out order correct.

The restaurant was closed due to an event taking place there. That was one of the reasons I chose the hotel. The pool opens very late in the morning so it can’t be used until 8:30.

We picked this hotel because it had a restaurant/bar. Then the restaurant/bar was closed because they did not have enough help that night. The shower had a lot of mold and mildew on the walls. There was no remote control for our TV in our room. The smoke detector has also been removed and not replaced. For the price we paid for this room, it should have only been half of what we paid based upon the experience we had.

Enjoyed the stay went into the restaurant to eat supper there was only one person working he was cooking and being a waiter at the same time. Really sad to see people walk out because the guy wasn't there to serve them on time. Not sure the circumstance was but I felt sorry for the guy he ran his tail off.

Lots of random people walking in and out of the lobby, who were not guests..asking to use your phone, following you to your car, very concerning being along the Interstate like that with so many vagrants walking about the hotel

Had to request new towels because they were literally falling apart and stained. The floors in the common areas were always dirty. We stayed 3 nights and the room was never cleaned.
Breakfast food was never filled. If you got there at 8:30, you didn’t really get anything.

I understand the challenges of getting people to work in the hotel service industry, but at some point the management needs to step up and do what it takes so that your customers can have a clean room, clean towels, and a pleasant stay. Bad experience

Easy access off the interstate with many dining options. Room was ready and clean and plenty of parking.

Pleasant front desk. Breakfast adequate. A bit slow in the restaurant but only one server for a Fri night. Food good for bar food menu. Beds great and clean rooms. Amenities within the hotel. Didnt use the pool but would have been nice for us older people.

The cleanliness standards at this hotel were deeply disappointing. The bathroom and shower were visibly filthy, and the state of the couch and chair matched that level of uncleanliness. Moreover, I noticed significant damage to the desks, curtains, sink, and lamp shades, which detracted from the overall experience. Adding to the discomfort, the carpet felt damp throughout my stay. To put it simply, the level of cleanliness was far below acceptable standards, and the overall condition of the room was disheartening.

The beds were horribly uncomfortable. The pool area was posted no beverages and glass bottles. There were intoxicated individuals and glass bottles over filling the garbage cans. Finally the breakfast was not very good.

This was the most disgusting place ive ever stated in. It wasnt clean. It smelled bad. The lampshade was ripped and hanging from the lamp. The bathroom wall had something splattered all over it. The ceiling in the bathroom had a large unpainred plaster patch. Their were stains on the couch. The hallway outside our room had something embedded in the carpet. If i coyld have gotten a refund as tired as i was, id have driven until i found another motel. Tgey should have paid me to stay there. Expedia should be ashamed that they offer bookings for this place.

We were pleased by the size and pleasing decor of our room. The bed and linens were very good. The whole area was spotless. Would definitely stay again.

Bedding was old, towels were work and really a throw away rag. Intermittent ticking noise that was annoying. Place was a tear down. There renovations won’t help.

Decided to stay here on our way home to avoid driving in the rain. It was clean and quiet. The room was large and breakfast adequate. We would stay here again.
