NIce hotel for the money. Somewhat dated

Obviously not a newer motel, but there were updates here and there that made it quite satisfactory for our purpose, which was a good place to rest.

We stay in Santa Rosa on our way north after snowbirding in Arizona. Hotel prices have been getting higher, so we thought we'd try here. The desk clerk was very nice and friendly. The place was older and furnishings were a little worn, but acceptable. There were only 3 pillows for the king sized bed, my husband and I prefer 2 pillows each. The bed was comfortable. My side of the bed did not have a night stand, so I had to scoot the desk chair next to my side. I was surprised that there were no kleenex! Breakfast was 2 kinds of cereal, hot oatmeal, waffle maker. There was a gallon of milk and OJ in the fridge.The price was reasonable. Our room was clean, but I will probably not stop here again.

The room was a large one, and very comfortable and clean. A breakfast was also included in the cost. A good stopover in Santa Rosa while travelling through.

The bed was not very comfortable, but otherwise the room was fine.
The BIG problem is that this place is right next to the train tracks. At 2:40 AM, i just about jumped out of bed when the train honked

Friendly reception girl. Room was small, but nice. Bed was firm, which was not that bad. The pollows were flat. If we hadn't been so tired, we would've asked for different ones. Overall, a good, safe, warm stop for the night.

I wouldn’t recommend staying anywhere in Santa Rosa. Just keep driving. There aren’t great restaurants or lodging options. There is a train track near this motel.

Front desk was very nice and friendly. The room was clean. The only thing was the mattress was way too firm.

This was economical and clean, which was what I was after. It is an older motel, in an older part of the town, with train track close by which two trains went thru early in the morning. The biggest disappointment was the bedding. In my opinion there was no top sheet, just a semi-course woven cotton blanket. They disagreed and said that WAS a sheet. Never have I had a sheet like that and I have stayed in MULTIPLE economical motels. Fortunately, my next stay was in another Americas Best Value and it had an actual sheet as a top sheet, like EVERY other place I have stayed.

The staff was great and the room was a mix of old and newly updated. The bed was very comfy and breakfast was good. This might be temporary, but the old mattress stands were piled in the parking lot for pick up (I think). Food nearby was quite limited. Lots of places permanently closed nearby.

This hotel is perfectly fine if you are road weary and need a clean bed and a hot shower at a reasonable price.
It is an older property that the present owners have renovated to an acceptable condition. The rooms are small, but who notices that when you're asleep?
For the prices charged it's a good deal. I'll stay definitely here next time I'm passing through.

This is an older hotel but the rm.was very clean. I wish you could adjust the refrig as they had a screw in the way. It doesnt have a regular acits an older window unit so the rm took awhile to cool. The bed was bad as far a comfortability.

The hotel is economical as well as very clean. The only issue is it is located in a very remote area near the highway. I will definitely consider this one if I go through that route again

Staff was friendly, room was excellent for the cost. Pleased with out stay.

Clean rooms and good value for the price. Stayed to dive at Blue Hole so just really needed a clean bed for a few nights. Everything worked in the room (AC, TV, Refrigerator). Overall not a bad place.

Property and rooms very dated but my room was clean, smelled fresh and had everything I needed for a restful night's sleep. I had coffee, a TV, and a comfortable bed. I would stay here again
