I stayed there with my husband and two young children and I can tell you that if you expect any type of cleanliness, don’t stay here. When we first entered our room, I noticed that the decorative chairs had stains all over them. Even the one in our bedroom did. I had to ask for e tea sheets so I could cover the chairs so that we could sit down on something clean. When I opened the sofa bed for my 6 year old to sleep on, that mattress was also covered in black stains. So disgusting. Speaking of clean…you have to request to have your room cleaned. We did so 3 times and only once did someone come. The one time housekeeping actually came after our first night, they didn’t even make our beds. It was hard to even tell that the room had even been cleaned. Then, when I called the front desk on our last day to ask why our room hadn’t been cleaned, they told me that housekeeping said they had been there, implying that somehow I was mistaken. I assured her that no one had cleaned our room. I’m pretty sure I would know the difference. Our room had towels that needed replacing, and overflowing trash cans. I called the front desk to ask for more towels and she told me to come down and get them since she was the only one working and couldn’t leave the front desk. The only good people were the ones working the breakfast bar. Overall this place is horribly understaffed and the cleanliness is way below par. You’re better off staying somewhere else. Very disappointing for a Hilton.

Light from fire alarm flashed all night and there was a fire alarm at 11 am for no reason

The rooms were out dated. The desk lamp didn't work, the iron had stuff melted on the service, the internet kept going out the first day - so no TV, a false fire alarm went off at 9:00 in the morning and was not shut off a half hour!! For being a Hilton and the price... My husband and I were very disappointed!

It’s a bit of a maze to get back to the hotel, but I love that it’s next door to a grocery store and gas station. The single bed room was spacious and had several plugs that could be used for charging electronics, just make sure you bring a wall adapter, since there are no usb outlets. Also plenty of food options without leaving the Austin Landing complex. Staff was very friendly. I would come back to this hotel for future visits to the area.

Unique shopping and dining a short walk away.

Clean room though the trash under the sink wasnt emptied when we got there we just didnt use it. Sheets do not fit the bed kept coming off while sleeping. Other than that that a nice room.

Outside sitting area around a fire

Our check in took over an hour delay from expected check in time. Traveling with a small, elderly pet and my husband needing to arrive at an appointment, it was very inconvenient.

The tub was not at all clean, I took pictures. There were hairs/pubs still in the tub. I took pics of that as well. There were also two big white stains splattered on the curtains. Visable as soon as you walked into the room. I took pictures of that as well. The jacuzzi tub had horrible water pressure it took almost 30 minutes to fill it up. It was very disappointing especially after spending $300 for the room😒😒

Staff was friendly, property is newer and clean. Properties surrounding were all in decent condition. The only thing I did not like is that the bath soap was too small for me and my spouse for two baths.

Everything was very nice

My room was very spacious but had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was food crumbs on the floor by the food bar and in the corner by the lamp. We also seemed to be missing a table in the living room area. Other than that, hotel itself was very clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

Convenience to grocery, gas and eating.

The room was great, the service was very good, loved the room and the view of the farm fields, it was calming.

I liked the fact it is near shopping center, a mall, movie theater, eating, and much more. The thing I did not like was you have to pay for pretty much everything else. Which some of the following things should have been included in our stay. Hilton honors bag only had waters, you have to pay for breakfast, have to pay for any type of travel items. The staff was nice but please have a cheat sheet and or something they can follow if you do not plan on training your employees before putting them on the floor to be able to answer any guest questions that occur.

This was a very nice hotel! The room was clean. The bed was not very comfortable in my opinion but my son said his bed was fine. I prefer a plush mattress and to me, it felt like a medium mattress. Other than that, everything else was fine. The front desk was friendly and helpful. My son and I enjoyed ourselves. We were in town to see Gabriel Iglesias.

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating.
