Great service, had the pool and hot tub to ourselves, quiet all night and great breakfast selections. Rock hard mattresses and thr bathtub didn't drain well, so showering was tricky

The front desk staff were nice and the attending staff wer very pleasant and welcoming. The room and the pool were clean. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. So many convenient eating places and convenient shopping!

Very good stay. Check in was easy and fast due to the host working at that time. Room was clean and organized. Pool and hot tub for the family was good. Everyone found something real good to eat at the complimentary breakfast

First, the staff was very friendly and helpful. My issues were mostly things the people at the desk can’t solve. The showers are in desperate need of an upgrade. There was black mold on a bunch of the tile grout. The hand soap and shampoo smelled like it had nail polish remover in it so I’m wondering if it doesn’t get refilled/replaced with the Dove soap that’s on the bottle. There were also only two Kleenexes in the box which normally wouldn’t be a big deal but it’s spring now. The breakfast seemed to be lacking in a lot of areas so I ended up eating out. I wouldn’t stay here again unless it was remodeled.

The shower sprayed water all over the bathroom floor. No vent in the bathroom and the fixtures were rusted. Missing tile pieces in the bathroom. No hairdryer as well. Called the front desk for a hairdryer, did not arrive. Mattress springs were poking my husband and the inside of the refrigerator had food spilled in it.

The front desk lady was so nice so helpful, so professional, the pillow and bed so comfortable i sleep right a way i laid down on bed ,the toiletries good quality no cheap bottles , had body wash,shampoos, hairconditioner ,body lotion, hand soap ,the room well maintain and clean all you need for your trip and accommodation i loved i stay again and recommended for family and friends

Parking was easy and safe. Toilet ran all the time pool was under maintenance no juice or pancakes. Breakfast was just bad all the way around .

Would like to preface this all with, the front desk lady was amazing. She did her best to help with all the issues. That said, first room I was given clearly had not been cleaned (bed was unmade, trash on floor etc) and smelled of human waste...
Second room was cleaner... At least no visible things. But shower was really in need of deep clean. Kind of gross.
All in all I was only in town for a night but if I have to come back will not be staying here.
Also, breakfast items were not hot and looked prepared a week earlier...

When we first walked in the hotel it smelled really good and was clean! The lady who checked us in was very kind and sweet. The room was clean and surprisingly not much noise from other guest.
My only complaint was that the room had a beeping noise that was ongoing all night and was so hard to sleep and it was driving me nuts. It was almost like an alarm battery was dying and a constant loud beeping was going on all night.

Gave me an occupied room, the key didn’t work. Asked the personal for assistance and he was annoyed walked with us to the room and threw the sign, key did not worked, he oped the door and found out somebody was sleeping. He did not apologized. Gave us other room, the sheet were dirty with blood stains. I do not appreciate the knowing two/three hour prior the check out hour. Something to rescue: Morning staff was way more friendly and helpful. I do like Holiday, it is my first choice when travel. This is the first or second time that I have a not so pleasant experience.

I picked this hotel for the hot tub, got there and it was broken and wouldn't be fixed till end of month. The pool was also cold had i not had a 4 day commitment with them through you i would have sought another hotel.
Had i gone directly to them I would have asked if the hot tub was working and would not have stayed there.

This is sofar the worst experience we had at Holidayinn Express. The room was not very clean ans smelled bad. Most of all the room was hot and noisey at night. We could not wait to get home and have a good night sleep. I will never book a room at Hollyday Inn again.

Staff at check in was not friendly or helpful. Broken gym equipment. Limited breakfast choices. Pillows were terrible. You could hear everything happening outside our room and above it.

There was a couple minute wait for someone to get to the desk. The pull out bed didn’t have sheets in the room. Otherwise ok.
