Pool was closed didn’t say on website. Very inconvenient for us. No shade curtain so bright lights and sun bright I asked for a curtain girl at front desk said hang a sheet? This is not what we paid for we had to book somewhere else for a pool very difficult at last minute

Disappointed the pool was closed and it was not mentioned at check in. No microwave in our room, but party we traveled with did have one. Room was 47° when we got there, had to turn on the heat and it took forever to warm up. Struggled to keep the room at 70° once it warmed up to that. Staff was helpful in providing additional items needed, breakfast was kept stocked. Adjustable shower head is nice, good water pressure.

When I called to confirm my room they could not find my reservation I was told they had to go through every reservation because they could not look up with the itinerary # only by my name. Was not told that the pool and the hot tub were under renovations guess I should have asked. Walked in my room there was a peanut and hair on top of the heater. The room has no microwave or curtains. It did have a see through pull down shade that the lights from outside shined right through. The staff was very friendly considering the fact that they had to tell people with children that came for the gymnastics meet that there was no pool

Only reason we stayed here was for the hot tub. No one told us it was out of service until we were in our suits at the entrance of the pool are to find renovations in progress. There were obviously intoxicated people loitering at the front door smoking and pacing. Breakfast was a joke. Coffee was either empty or cold.

We have a daughter who is in a wheelchair. We had an accessible room which was very nice. The entry to the room was wide, and there was plenty of space between the beds and the other furniture. The bathroom had plenty of grab bars, however I don't understand why the toilet is always placed so close to the wall.
sometimes you need access to both sides of the toilet. The biggest problem was the beds. They were very comfortable except they were so high I could hardly climb in. I have to lift my daughter up onto the bed, and the higher the bed is, the more difficult this becomes. Also, I don't see how a single individual could ever get from a wheelchair or even a walker by themselves. Please put lower beds in accessible rooms!

I arrived after check-in time and was told my room would not be ready for another hour. I have a small child and informed the staff of this. I was able to get into a room, but still waited about 15 minutes to get in. The pool was not scheduled to open until 9 am. When we tried to get in, the staff informed me it wasn't opening on time due to testing. There was no notification or sign up to inform me of this and no one told us when the pool eventually opened. This was not a great experience for a family with a toddler and the staff was unfriendly.

The Hampton Inn & Suites was a relaxing respite from our travels across North Dakota. Room was clean and our two little Dachshunds were welcomed and enjoyed their time as well. Our son had fun in the pool.

Hotel was great. Construction in the area made access to it challenging and there are not signs to guide you to the hotel anywhere in the construction area.

The hotel is old, dingy, and not very well kept. We had to go to three rooms before we walked into one that was cleaned. The first two the beds weren't fixed, sheets weren't washed, and wet towels on the floor. Another guest was having the same problem so not sure what happened, but it was late at night so plenty of time to clean the rooms. The bathroom door of the room we finally stayed in had water mildew and bubbles.

The check in person did not understand the software she was trying to use and it took 45 minutes to check us in. I told the morning person about it and she said that they had just installed new software on the property.

Having room close to elevator was great Breakfast was very good! Check in desk personnel was newly trained and took a while to get checked in Thought the bathroom would be accessible which it was but still had a tub making it difficult to use

The GM is AWFUL. Their system went down and so they tried to charge my card TWICE and I already oaid through orbit and they said if I didn't pay AGAIN they were calling the police on me and my fiance! Because THEY LOST THEIR FILES. Horrible and disrespectful..

This was a nice hotel with a great breakfast. The reason we are rating it so low is that we were charged twice for our room. We called the hotel to try to solve the problem. The lady who answered was very friendly and sent us a receipt which shows no charge, but she was unable to help with the fact that we did have a second charge. They claim they have no records of the second charge and that they do not keep credit card information. According to our credit card company, the second charge was made AFTER we checked out, twelve hours later. I would be careful about booking a room here.

The staff was dirty. Manager was an awful person. Belittled me because I booked through Expedia. I am a single mom putting my son through University. I was told to clean my own room. Business center was out of service none of which I was told before hand. I checked out early. I am still expecting a refund.

This is a really nice property, unfortunately the interenet was out when we arrived and wasn't back on by the time we checked out. It was very inconvenient for my trip and affected my booking some what.

business center is down and unusable. cannot get on the internet. staff will not print documents from a usb. a 2 minute print job has wasted hours of my time because of lack of basic technology.

Disappointed the staff felt no need to inform guests that non hotel employees would be entering my room during my stay to change out mattresses. I asked at the front desk and was told they would wait until after our stay. It felt like an invasion of privacy when they went ahead and did it anyway. Had I known I would have at least moved my personal belongings so that the staff wasn’t moving my stuff. The manager was non apologetic and didn’t care.
