Great location, clean room, frendly staff great breakfast!!

Room is big and clean, but I think the toilet is too low, not good for adults.

We had a lovely 1-night stay here, as part of a wider trip. The check-in staff member was so lovely and helpful (recommended a great place for dinner) and got me signed up for free as a BW member, which got me a free upgrade then and there. The room was clean, big, spacious and well-appointed. Breakfast was lovely and staffed by more really friendly team members. Lovely location, with plenty of free parking and nearby dining options.

I only met three staff members, and they were all friendly. This hotel is more like a motel. Super affordable, but very dreary. I was glad I only had to be there to rest my head on the pillow.

Dirty linen in my room. Beds are pretty old mine was very worn almost a U shape.

Had a nice view of the lake. Breakfast had a good selection. Was not thrilled with the fact that there was a window between the bathroom and sleeping area (?). An obvious problem if privacy is important.

When looking at the hotel from outside, it may look old. However, interior and the hotel room are clean and nice

Great service

Convenient and easily accessible, but cannot recommend. Few challenges 1) Room floors are sticky 2) Bathroom has glass window into the room. I realize it is old hotel, but at least curtains would have been nicer. 3) Coffee is just hot water. 4) Standard breakfast options. However, who ever in the group had it got upset stomach through the day. Good people, but unfortunately couldn't recommend or go back.

The area is quiet. There’s a few fast food places nearby but the local diners were closed super early! Our toilet broke & overflowed & the lady at the front desk was the only staff onsite. We had to wait for her to finish up with a client but then she was kind enough to move us to a different room. The pool & spa are closed during the fall/winter. That was part of the reason why I had picked this hotel so I was bummed that it was closed. Our room had a window heater. The tv wasn’t working. I was excited about the complimentary coffee, however their coffee machine was krusty where you fill it with water. Anyway, I was glad to have warm water to shower with and a comfortable bed to sleep in.

Value for your money

This is a fine hotel in the Page/Lake Powell area, within easy driving distance. The room had plenty of space and was clean. However, all the elevators were out of service which was inconvenient. The fitness center is small and some equipment was out of service. Breakfast was included, which is always nice.

Your experience in this hotel can vary wildly depending on the room you get. We got the room with 3 queen size beds (we were 5, I thought it would be great!), but the view was horrible. You looked into an awning and wall right above the lobby entrance. Every time the sliding doors would open, you would hear it in our room. At 5am when folks come in to work or some guest are leaving, you would hear the door sliding open and also the rolling of the luggages. Hardly slept in 3 days! Whatever you do, don't stay in room 320 or 322 with the 3 beds unless 3 beds is more important than not even being able to see the sun. The view from the rooms facing lake Powell is great though, ask for those. The rooms facing the back of the hotel have a pretty bad view of parking lot and ugly low level buildings. When I told them but they are called View of Lake Powell, they said, yes, people assume all rooms have good views bc of it. Come on!!! Marketing scam. What do you think people will think??? There are much better options all around, starting with the BestWestern Plus which js almost next to it, but much nicer. I tried to move us there, but they were fully booked. Also, in general, the hotel is in dire need of an upgrade. The rooms are very dated and everything is broken, i.e. elevator (try carrying 4 luggages up 3 floors), ice machine, vending machine, treadmill in the gym... on the pro side, the location is great, very near restaurants and attractions. Staff is not particularly friendly.

Very friendly staff at check in. The elevator was broken so I'm glad I asked for a ground floor room. The breakfast was awesome as usual for Best Western Hotels.
