The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean. The beds (both beds) were squeaky and the sheets were awful! They were bumpy…like 100 thread count sheets instead of the nice sheets I used to when I stay at a Hilton brand hotel.

The hotel is super nice, clean, friendly, comfortable, nice gym, nice free breakfast, convience, etc. The list can go on an on. My only complaint was the noise from I4 all night long. The hotel provides earplugs. I used them and a pillow over my head to drowned out the noise. I'm a light sleeper. My husband slept like a rock. No problem, no ear plugs. 😂

Tv wasn’t working…finally realized the cable cord was disconnected..fixed it ourselves…there was people out in parking lot yelling and being loud until midnight..I was on second floor and heard it..apparently security ignored them..but other that room was very clean and comfortable..desk clerk on check in was very nice.

Room given to me was closest to the highway as possible. Hotel is not sufficiently soundproofed so I could hear the cars going by at all hours. Also fridge kept making a ringing noise every 20 mins or so. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Front desk didn’t acknowledge honors. Overall wouldn’t stay again.

The room was clean, traffic noise from I-4 loud at bedtime. Bathtub plunger did not engage - annoying but too late to call for service.

I was informed the hotel overbooked and that I was moved to another hotel next door. I’ve never had that happen before and wonder if it is an issue with Hampton Inn or with booking through Orbitz. It isn’t. Big issue but I was required to go to the hotel with the original booking to pick up paper work to book into the other hotel. I am arriving late as it is so added time to check in is annoying.

Hotel is ok but not a 9+ that is somehow the rating. Road noise is loud. I mentioned that when I checked out the associate said that’s is why there are ear plugs in the room. We had no ear plugs in the room and no one mentioned that to us when we checked in. Maybe you only get them if you complain about noise.

I would definitely stay there again. Hotel staff was great, especially the woman at the front desk with orange/red hair (she was so friendly and gave us great dinner recommendations.). Whole staff was nothing but friendly.

Love staying at Hampton Inns. The breakfast is amazing. The only negative thing I can think of is the lack of a big trash can. There’s only one small one in the bathroom. Comfy bed, quiet and big rooms. Highly recommend!!

Front desk worker was whispering when he talked asked him to speak up, he didn’t and I had to keep asking him what he said. Thermostat in my room did not work. Tried to switch me to a smaller room. I had two beds and they wanted to switch me to a king bed room. I did want to sleep with my mom or sleep on a couch. Will never stay here again. Will write multiple reviews. I AM FREEZING IN THIS ROOM

There was quite a bit of noise both Saturday and Sunday nights. There seemed to be at least one possibly two men talking or arguing loudly. At one point I thought I heard a radio transmission and several thumps. Also on multiple occasions there were individuals just sitting outside the side doors in their vehicles as we left.

Very friendly staff. Had a late arrival and didn't witness much activity at the hotel or surrounding area. Enjoyed a comfortable night sleep. Woke up to enjoy a nice quick hot breakfast before our journey to our next destination. Would definitely stay here again and hope to check out the surrounding area.
