This hotel was pretty good! Breakfast included hot items with protein. I liked that they had China and glasses instead of all disposable. Clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Close to 2 subway stops.
Only negative was a $10 per bag fee to leave our bags there for about 5 hours.

Everything was good, but I have to mention especially the great attitude of all staff (front desk and also breakfast zone).
The room also was great with amenities and a kitchen area.
The breakfast always is the same but with different choices so you can vary each morning.
I would consider staying here again.

After checking in, the smoke alarm kept beeping. I reported it right away, from desk said they would send someone to fix it…after the second call I demanded to change rooms. As soon as I opened the door of that room the stench of cigarette smoke almost knocked me out. I was finally located to a suitable room over an hour after check in. Manager said she would comp me Marriott points…I’m still waiting.

The room was spacious and partial Manhattan view which was satisfactory to me. There was a problem with a lock of the bathroom and I stayed there 15 minutes until maintenance came. It should have fixed before receiving a guest. Bag keeping charge was 10USD per one bag which I did not expect. The receptionist was very friendly and flexible which turned my impression.

Good stay. Room comfortable, easy to get around the neighborhood, staff were descent. A bit nonplussed but ok. GM was non responsive when advised to reach out for a consideration. Overall stay was good.

we came for a funeral in the area. The staff were friendly. The room was clean. My only complaint, was that the card reader on the room door was somewhat detached so the wires were exposed. I mentioned it to the staff and they said they would have someone come and check it out in the morning. The card reader is still worked but I guess I was worried about it falling off while we were there.

Great location and close to places I needed to visit for work in Long Island City. Easy and smooth check in. King room was clean, quiet and spacious. A la carte breakfast offered plenty of options for what you'd expect for grab and go or sit down with a family - bagels, cereal, waffles, sausage & egg muffins, coffee, pastries, juices - all conveniently located right in the lobby without having to go out for breakfast. Great noodle shop 1 block away too.

Easy access to time square, subway is 1 block away. Parking is 45$/day. Area seemed safe. Breakfast free. Had high chairs and pack n play.

This is a lovely place to stay if you’d like to go to the museum of moving image or nearby attractions. It’s safe and clean.

Things that I did not like:
- Limited on site parking. I was lucky on Friday night and got street parking in front of the hotel (as the on site parking was full). I needed to pick up someone from the airport and when I got back there was no parking.
The staff recommended icon parking which is a block away and a safe walk. If I did not have 2 young children and if it wasn’t raining and windy and cold, the lack of onsite parking would have bothered me less.
There was no bell boy/person to meet you to help with bags.
There was no stove in the suite but they did send up a burner top with pots. It was disgusting; greasy and stick- the burner and pots. I stubbed them clean with much elbow grease.

The Subway is one block away, in 15 minutes you are in Manhattan. Very clean, and breakfast good enough to start the day.

We booked a studio with Manhattan view. Well, the view was from 5th floor, and you could see part of the city. Not at all like i was expecting. The pillows are super soft, and the Queen bed is more like a full size. Breakfast was included and they have acceptable coffe, waffle machines but frozen fruits and fresh apples. The front desk people are polite. We foun parking on the street in front of the hotel at 6 pm on a Friday.

The only reason the hotel did not get the 5 stars in all areas is because of the breakfast offerings…needs to be a bit more versatile…if was the same thing everyday for 7 days..should have been switched up, but everything else was great

I arrived an hour earlier than expected. They allowed us to check in at that time which i really appreciated after a long Amtrak ride. I loved the text messages. They texted abd asked if the room was clean or if we needed anything. I asked for the pots and hot cooking plate and someone brought it to our room promptly. The overall ambiance and decor was nice. It was clean. The hotel is in a great location to walk for things such as coffee or food. We also had the room with a Manhattan view, i wish a king size bed was available for the Manhattan View... I will always make this my stay since i have to travel to NY monthly.

The quest services staff was attentive and helpful. The facility was disappointing. The pictures of the property were misleading. I could only find one area of the building that resembles photos of this facilty. The rest were obviously taken from other sites. The building is just noisy with constant sounds from the street, halways and guests walking above. The matress on the pull out is not a matress; just some foam. The matress on the bed was slightly better. The breakfast was limited with long lines to empty trays. It appeared that the staff concentrated their efforts on pulling the curtains and packing up rather than putting out fresh food. Its not a horrible place, just need to manage your expectations.

Our spacious room slept 6, but had only 1 chair. The bachelor kitchen was poorly equipped. There was absolutely nothing cosy or fancy about the room. The soap in the bathroom was horrible (the shower gel was fine). On the plus side, breakfast was decent, the location was great (1 block from subway), the room was surprisingly quiet, the beds were comfy, the gym was good, and overall it was very good value for the money.

The location is perfect for taking the subway. Pretty decent breakfast and a great coffee spot right across the street. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Very nice place for a reasonable price.

Hotel and room were clean, quiet and in a good location for public transportation. First night when checking in was a bit strange as there was an issue with the Expedia payment and the man at check in wanted to charge us at first. Would stay again as it met expectations for what we wanted.

Large room with space for everything, great breakfast, friendly professional staff, good workout room. Parking on street, close to subways and bus routes. Everything works and is clean and attractive. We will be back!
