Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. There was a parking garage a couple of doors down so we didn't have to pay to valet. We were able to walk to the White House which was about a mile.
The only complaint is that the thermostat seemed to be programmed so we woke up hot in the middle of the night one night.

Their server was down at check-in, but they switched to a manual system quickly. But they gave me 4 successive card keys that didn't work before sending a maintenance worker, who told me they were having trouble with their new key system and some doors not responding. So I went up and down the elevator 4 times, and waited my turn at the front desk 4 times, for a known issue.

Was never able to check in. There was no parking available in the garage and all other garages were closed and no street parking was available. The garage on site should have spots available for people that paid for rooms. I was told it’s full. I was not even able to check in and stay as there was no where for us to put our vehicle. It’s completely unacceptable that we had to leave the city and waste money on a hotel we couldn’t even use because they did t have a spot for a patron to park in their garage.

The property and rooms were excellent. The hotel staff were friendly and conscientious.
The restaurant staff at the attached Chef Geoff’s were not so great. I asked for a table for 4 and was told it was an hour wait. The host I spoke to was dismissive and rude. After waiting and returning an hour later, the situation wasn’t much better. Appetizers and a kid’s meal were delivered before our drinks finished coming to the table.
If you don’t want children in your restaurant, don’t offer a kid’s menu. If you don’t want kids waiting, add a ‘make a reservation online’. Apparently, parents should only eat in their rooms… wouldn’t come back.

We arrived around 10:30 pm to spend a night over at hilton. The staff and check in was great; however the room temperature was at 55 Fahrenheit. We called the front desk and told that you have to wait for 15 minutes for the air condition to start and the room will ger warm in 10 minutes. The system did not kick in until we restart the thermostat and finally the room got a bit warmer by 2 am! The other point was not having a warm water to take shower in the morning which makes our stay complete. Saying these issues with the building, the staff and the area of the hotel was among the best in the area.

Very subdued but elegant hotel in a nice neighborhood of DC. Not having to worry about parking is nice; but the valet service is $50/night. All manners of great restaurants and cafes in a few minutes walk, and about a $15 Uber to the Capitol area. Overall an extremely nice stay.

I got this hotel because I had to indoor pool and spa.
And was told that both was in service when I book my room. But when i went to soak in spa after 4 hours of walking found out it was out of service and has been for awhile. I would've booked a room closer to white house if i was told before

The guy at the front desk was very nice. The hotel is very well maintained. I felt very comfortable and safe. 5 minutes from my son’s place in DuPont. We’ll be back for another stay. Also, highly recommend.

One elevator was out of order, it made trafic jams. The person in the reception was not professional enough.

I had to switch rooms because the environmental system (AC) was stuck in heater mode. I called the front desk, and maintenance was dispatched. The gentlemen assured me the AC was fixed and the room would cool; this was at (1030PM). I left the room and returned at 1 AM. The room was 87 degrees, and hot air was blowing from the vents. I went downstairs and changed rooms. The next morning, I asked to have that specific room back, and they gave it to someone else after I asked the night before to return to that same room when fixed. The point is I still have not received a refund because there is a price difference in the rooms???

One of the two elevators was out of service and the lobby and elevator were extremely dirty when we checked in. The room was also dirty and dated looking. We paid for a king bed and they put us in a room with 2 queens.

While the location is convenient to Georgetown, the hotel itself is dated. The rooms need to be modernized. It was clean. The staff were fine but it seemed that they were very busy and understaffed. One of the elevators was broken which happens but it added to the over all that the hotel needed more maintenance.

The valet was so rude.
The digital key did not work. It said the hotel needs info to generate key so I called them, they said they have all info but it still did not create the key.

We spent two nights at the Hilton in Georgetown, in a lovely corner room with views of the city. The room was clean and comfortable, though we had a bit of trouble adjusting the room temperature. The staff was nice enough and the restaurant on the ground floor served good food. As bicycle travelers, it was a very convenient place to stay.

This hotel was very clean and the room was nice. It was in a nice location too that we were able to get Ubers quickly to the museums for a minimum price.

Stayed here for a weekend. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Lots of great dining options nearby as well as the metro and walking distance to the mall and museums. Great stay.

Generally great overall and we will certainly consider staying here the next time we are in DC.
Mattresses were a bit worn and so had a distinct slope while sleeping. Thermostat needs detailed instructions as we had problems keeping the room as comfortable as we liked. Something in the programming overrode our manual settings repeatedly and we could never figure out how to set it as we liked.

Although I reserved ahead,,when I arrived extremely tired, I was told there were no rooms available..Really? C’mon, how can you do that. Thankfully, after pleading with the clerk, who was very pleasant and polite, he took pity on me and found me a room. That is totally unacceptable, if you have a reservation, there is no excuse for your room not to be available on arrival. I chose Hilton over other hotels, expecting the best. This experience was truly disappointing. Plus I had to pay $59.00 a night for Valet parking because there is no guess parking available.
