The Hotel is on a Hill, and you`ll need to be fit to get up to it from the main Road, as there are no Public Buses that gets to it. You`re better off taking a local Taxi/Uber.

Noise from the club on 9th floor. It was impossible to sleep until 2:00AM

Most of the things in the spa were not working. We booked it to enjoy the spa. The pool was cold.

Very safe and clean all employees nice and friendly specially front desk & serves they really doing excellent job they make you very comfortable to stay i am very happy to stay for 3 weeks & i can't wait again to stay this hotel next month 🙌

This was our 3rd time staying here and sadly the service has gone down. Room was very comfortable except for a sharp metal piece coming out of the floor. The second bed we requested didn't arrive until 11pm. There was a wedding occurring on our arrival that produced very loud music until way into the night. Breakfast was cold and looked like leftovers from the wedding (wilted fruits, etc.) When we started to play a card came in the lobby while waiting for the airport shuttle, we were informed that games were NOT allowed!!! The bar had no white wine the entire weekend. The overall quality and service has declined while the price on hotel.com remained consistent. We did have massages in the spa and Merrit was terrific! Sadly, will not be staying here next trip.

Great view, good location. The uphill sucks if you are walking unless you like it of course. No pool, though the amenities list includes it.

Worst hotel experience of my life. We stayed for three nights with Friday night as our last night. The club upstairs played loud music until 4 am. It was so loud it kept myself, my husband, and our two children awake - completely impossible to sleep even with noise canceling headphones. I called the front desk and they told me there was nothing they could do but the music would stop at 2 am. Needless to say it didn’t despite multiple calls. Music finally ended at 4 am and then the cleaning crew came in and started playing loud music. The hotel should let people know on nights when there is going to be very loud music late at night so they can stay elsewhere. Otherwise, the rooms were clean. Beds were rock hard. Door was mediocre. Surrounding neighborhood was a shanty town. Staff were poorly trained and sometimes came across as dishonest (but to be fair - maybe we just had multiple miscommunications).

Their spa is one of the best in town. Amazing ambience. The breakfast spread is rather limited and so is the restaurant menu. The staff are courteous and extremely helpful. Overall a good place

The rooms are old , poor service, noisy outdoor the hotel, very poor restaurant at their hotel.
I left the hotel before time although i paid for the whole period, the hotel on top of a hill , you can't move without a taxi, and all taxi drivers manipulate the tourists.

Breakfast is very poor. Bathroom in room smells bad. Air conditioning did nit work. Night disco in hotel ver annoyingl staff helpful.

Great new hotel, very clean and with an exceptionally friendly staff: whenever I had a request, I was helped out in the most accomodating way possible, and not treated as just another "number". The bathroom has a nice rain-shower which helps to relax after a long work-day. Also, the hotel's spa and roof-top bar is a real plus, especially when staying a bit longer (I was there for ca. 2 weeks) and the location is conveniently set against Yeka Hills, which is a nice neighbourhood for walks. I will definitely book again next time I'll return to Addis!

The hotel is fairly new it is in very good condition, nice food enjoyed the spa alot. The staff are lovely people.
My only issue is the location I think once the roads are finished being built it will be easier to get out and about as it's not close to the centre of Addis Ababa .
