We first stayed here for an official visit at ISU. Came back for a spring game and it was nice. I wish people would respect signs and not allow doors to slam. Had asked for no feathered items, yet we still had them. Food service was a bit slow. They were out of several things, which was a bit frustrating. I get that it was a Sunday morning, and… We will be back, I’m sure.

This is a comfortable hotel and I have stayed here many times in the past. I am usually there every six week or less. The latest decision to take coffee out of the room will be the last time I stay here. You now have to go downstairs to get you coffee. I like coffee first thing in the morning while I am getting ready. I am not about to go down and get coffee in robe. If you are not into coffee, it is a great place to stay. Listening to many guest that stayed there about the fact that coffee is not in the room prompted them to say they would never stay at this hotel or chain again. I think this is a BAD DECSION!

I missed having a coffee maker in our room but the fresh ground coffee in the lobby was good. The frig was very small. Overall the room was very clean they did gorget to check the frig however. Beds are soft. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel was peaceful even with dance competitions going on. Beautiful view of the mountains

Always call ahead about swimming pool and hot tub several hotels in the area dont have working pools or hot tubs. I ended up going to a different hotel after several phone calls to several hotels.

Nice facility, quiet room to watch the wild winter weather outside. Lots of good choices for breakfast. No cups of any type in the room -- kinda odd.

Great hotel near the college. Nice lobby area great to visot in. Pool area is great. Breakfast was good with plenty of options and refreshed on a regular basis.
No dining within walking distance.
Steep hill up to hotel. Light snow the first morning and lots of cars were having trouble on the hill to get up to hotel,

The room was cleaner than the dining area. In the dining area the chairs were dirty like guests ate and didn't wipe their hands off and smeared it on the furniture. The breakfeast has gone downhill over the years and now this hotel chain is no different than others at a lower price.

The hotel was full and yet quiet. The breakfast area was clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The view was great with snow on the mountain to the west. I will definitely stay there again when I am back in Pocatello.

One recommendation…lower the shampoo and body wash containers in the shower area so that the person who wants to take a bath can reach them.

Photos on Expedia are wrong I was expecting a suite with bunk beds, our room had 2 double beds and sofa bed.
Our room was clean but the bathtub had black mold and I found some hair in the tub.
The area had very limited options for food. I had to drive 20 minutes to get fast food options and shopping.

Very nice Hotel. Lose the Turkey patties dry and not worth the effort. Enjoyed the stay and would don it again. Booked the next day at your Winnemucca Holiday Inn Express. Not as nice or clean.

Excellent hotel. Spacious, comfortable. Staff was excellent. The only problem was with the washer dryer. Other than that it was perfect.

Chair in room was extremely dirty. Bathroom sink would fill and drain really slow. Toilet ran all the time and desperately needed to be cleaned all around. Air conditioner made an annoying sound.
