This was a great place to stay in Venice Beach. I enjoyed the view of the beach from my room. It's coveniently located on the boardwalk, near good restaurants (Fig Tree, Dudley Market), and a short walk from shopping at CVS and Whole Foods. The bed and pillows were comfortable. This is a great value for the quality and comfort you get at this hotel.

Fantastic room with big bay window directly on to Venice beach - you could sit in the room and watch the action all day should you prefer! Noisy until 10pm only after which it was nice an quiet. Secure parking a couple of blocks away. Possibly to park in front of hotel long enough to unload and load the car.

Extended my stay in Venice by having 2 days in Venice Beach. Really like the place & there are some good places to eat/drink. However the beach area does have a fair number of transients. Apparently this is much worse since Covid when a centre was shut. It needs to re-open cos I feel the city should do more to help these people before things get worse all round

I called ahead of time asking James for an early check in for noon. I was told he would try to make my request happen. Instead of noon the check in was at 3:45 pm only 15 minutes early. I walked around, sat at various spots and waited and waited. It ended up my assigned room (and why couldn't he assign me a different room) wasn't ready yet. Based on the conversations I heard my assigned room was the 3rd from last to be available. I won't be here again.

It was not a room! It was a part of lobby area partitioned by wall and converted to a room. Next to lobby rest room and laundry area. Very noisy. Waste of money. No manager on site, run by shift workers. Very poor customer service. See the photo to see where the room exactly located!

I paid $120 in parking for 2 nights, the recommended parking from the hotel is cheaper but your car will be left unprotected.

Clean older hotel. Has good elevator. For my stay in April, room temperature was perfect. Just fyi, No air conditioning or heat in rooms above the first floor. Couldn’t be a better location if you’re a beach person.

The room was very old, and a lot of noise from the street, then the windows was all very old, and not helping anything. You could hear everything. And the windows did not stop the wind from coming in. You could feel the wind blowing in throw the windows.

Great location and it was really thoughtful that earplugs were provided sunce the restaurant across the street was noisy. The room was nice.

We always stay at Air Venice on the Beach when in Venice. The location is perfect and the ocean front studio has a perfect view of the ocean.

Great location, unfortunately I was given a ground floor room. This room was incredibly loud and didn’t allow for much sleep. Also blinds in room need to be upgraded at actually filter out the light

Extremely bare bones room accommodations with no cleaning service (had to sweep own floor). Very friendly & helpful staff and awesome location which made up for the lack of amenities.

The people that run the front desk are kind and hospitable. The rooms have amazing views and the location is right by everything. Affordable and yet worth more than what we paid.

What people need to understand is that this hotel is right next door to a very popular club. On the Saturday I stayed, I had a room on the north side that faced this club. There were probably 300 people there from 2pm - 10pm and the music was incredibly loud. The hotel provides complementary earplugs, but they basically do nothing when the parties are at their peak. On Wednesday night, the club hosted a skateboard party with actual roman candles in the parking lot. The music was absolutely cranked and they were doing raffles, promos etc. Did I mention this club area is outdoors? So nothing to trap the noise.

Spacious room and comfy bed. Loved my sliver view of the beach and big windows. The brick was a really nice touch to the room. Loved the coffee in the morning and cool to have a big fridge and microwave in my room. Super deal for the $

Alex at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind. Such a beautiful view of the boardwalk annd ocean. I’ll always stay here when visiting Venice Beach!

The hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The onky issue we had was withte TV. We couldnt change the channels with the remote nd it took a couple days to find a staff member who knew how to fix the issue.

Walk into Air Venice knowing you’re in a great location, parking was an issue however we found a ramp that cost $20 a day to park at. It was about a 5-6 minute walk to and from the hotel. The room was clean, looked updated and had a larger fridge. Loved the views. All the staff was great. Only down fall was the walk to the car and the bed being quite firm.

Clean, nice area, loud at night but you are in the beach and there are restaurants and bars nearby. Hotel provided a fan that drowned out all of the noise at night.

Location is beautiful across from the beach. Walked the boardwalk to Santa Monica Pier and Venice Pier. Few restaurants nearby but they closed down fairly early. Bed was firm and not the most comfortable but was clean. For the price and location wasn’t too bad

We were put in a room overlooking the street, we heard people passing by, talking! The door of the room was so thin that you could hear it as well. The entrance door of the hotel Same.
The room is very poorly insulated
For the price we paid, 3 nights, no cleaning!
The bed creaked and moved, the chairs in the room and the table of poor quality.

This property is in a prime location but the parking is just horrible. They will tell you to park either on the street or about 2-3 blocks of a walk. Also bed is squeaky and broken. Every movement makes a sound as well as headboard not properly bolted down. The room has no central heating but they do provide a tiny fan for heating. Barely any street parking, tons and tons of homeless so walking at night isn’t the safest. The night time desk person which is an African American with long blue nail with glitter and jewel on em is rude as heck. Can’t even get into our room because the key pad did not have the right code but it seems that it was such a bother for him to do his job and that he has to fix the code so I can go to the room.

We stayed in the Ocean Front room and the view is absolutely beautiful. The staff were lovely and accommodating. Of course there is no parking at the property, so that will be my only complaint as it is a huge hassle to walk a few blocks to get the parking lot they recommend. Other than that, we had a lovely time at Air Venice.

Great affordable beach front stay! Spacious room with a mini fridge and microwave. Loved the windows with an ocean view. I wish they'd include a broom in each room to manage the sand though haha. It was also a bit loud with the outside rumblings and the walls were quite thin. We would definitely stay here again!
