Our stay was amazing. Neat, clean and comfortable. Staff are very professional and friendly and polite.

Guests or outsiders let into pool area with there own alcohol and partied loudly till late. Went down to reception to complain and NOTHING was done. Please inform your guests that you have no control over guests or friends of the hotel staff or whoever they were.

I was there during the Ironman and the service was excellent.

Was there for Ironman Triathlon. Room had everything needed, clean, cleaned daily, trusted to leave everything open in the room, friendly staff. Great stay. Thanks

My stay at Road Lodge was nothing short of amazing. The professional approach in meeting my late demand, even the manager with his personal touch. Sufficient space, lovely breakfasts, friendly staff including security. Will definitely be back and will recommend friends

Always comfortable and good value for money.

Its ok for a short stay. I had a toddler and my elderly parents with me. On the saturday night to morning it was very noisy due to drunk people making a noise in the lobby. Very small rooms and bathrooms.

Room on 2nd floor, no lift. Reception very unfriendly. Small room, not like the photos. Shower n toilet very small. Stained and old toilet.Only 1 soap provided, no other toiletries. No hairdryer in room. Had to ask for it from reception. Very old noisy aircon, kept on switching off. Pillows had a smell. Wanted to cancel the room but i only reached the lodge after 10pm and was too tired to look for another room. Had just driven from Cape Town. Was very upset with quality of room. Will NEVER stay at Road Lodge again. Also, Hotels.com must boldly state the stars and quality of rooms they advertised. Why wasn't it boldly stated that the Road Lodge PE is one star. Had i known , i would never have booked it. I felt very cheated.

The rooms were clean yes but there are no bar fridges or whatsoever to store food and drinks. They didn’t provide water for the guests and no iron or hairdryer in the rooms, I had to go to the reception and ask for it.

I had come down for a wedding. so I really only slept there. On my return every evening the room had been serviced and was clean with fresh towels. All staff were very pleasant. I would recommend it to my friends.

Every night the other patrons on the floor were smoking dagga and were very loud until 11pm. I beleave they were bus drivers thansporting soccer players

The hotel is not fancy, but is modern and pleasant. Bring a cushion as the plastic chair is very uncomfortable.

The room was comfortable and clean and maintained throughout the visit. Although the toilet bowl was clean there was an odour. Breakfasts were expensive but enjoyable and plentiful.Staff were great - helpful and friendly. We both would stay again on a visit to Port Elizabeth

Our stay at road lodge was very lit we enjoyed ourselves will Definetly come back in the future the services was good, cleanness, conditions and we're used to garden and the view of the garden was good and refreshing we're quite impressed

I had already pointed out that the toilet seatt was not in great shape. Not sure if this was a Covid related thing too but there was no soap or shampoo in the shower.

They must get rid of those 2 single beds in their rooms. We also need soap to wash hands and sanitizer, Corona virus is a killer.

The bathroom/shower tiles needs cleaning between the grout on the tiles other than that....it was lovely
