The staff were amazing! So helpful and friendly. Beds were soft enough. Only complaints were the stains on the floor and a lingering oder in the room. We would definitely stay again tho!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. A carpet and couch replacement would do a lot to refresh the room we stayed in. They were cleaned but had stains that probably won't come out and don't give a very good first impression. The queen beds seemed smaller than a normal, which combined with a spring mattress weren't great for sleep. Traffic in the area was pretty heavy during Christmas time, but there were a lot of food options.

I tried calling several times to say we would be a late check in, no answer ever. We arrived at hotel a little after 11:00 and no one as at the desk to let us in. We rang the doorbell several times before someone finally came to let us in and check us in. Front desk person wasn’t very friendly which was fine, but definitely makes the welcome not so welcome.

The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. The primary issue with the property is the carpet in the rooms. Even though the hotel is not that old, the carpets are stained and smell. I’m not sure if it comes from people smoking outside and the air getting pulled in via the wall mounted HVAC unit, but you will often get the smell of smoke in your room as well.

Stay was good. Julie serviced our room and was very friendly.

The hotel and staff were fine. However, the breakfast room was so crowded with large families that it was hard to find a place to sit. The families did not clean up after themselves which makes it harder on the staff. One woman was barefoot but at least there were no animals in the food area.

Came in and wanted a cup of coffee. Coffee pot was empty and there was a large coffee spill on the table near the coffee pot. The hall way carpet was dirty and hall way smelled stale. My daughter had to change rooms because bedding smelled stale. The breakfast was fine and ladies helped us to find another chair and brought it to us.

We stayed at this resort with children. We visited magic springs and Crystal falls. Very clean. Very soft and comfortable beds. Had an amazing time. Close to many restaurants and shopping places.

Front desk employees very friendly and helpful. Nice, clean room. Limited accessories. Only are bottled soap, shampoo, and conditioner. No bar soap for use at sink for hand washing.

We liked this nice and convenient hotel. The breakfast is good.

Holiday Inn is an excellent property located in an area surrounded by many dining options. The staff is helpful and very friendly.

We waited one hour and forty five minutes to get into our room. They were shorthanded but people would arrive and would get their keys within a few minutes. I was told that our room which had a couch was the reason it was taking longer. Why not redirect your staff? Longtime IHG credit card customer. We have stayed in this hotel several times the past few years. I was in town for my sister’s funeral. Disappointed.

I requested on my reservation that we get no feather pilliows because my family is allergic. When we got to the room to go to bed around 9pm, we noticed we had feather pillows. I called front desk she said sorry and she’d bring me some non feather pillows. I stayed up till 11 she never brought us new pillows. We pulled all the feather pillows at the door and slept on small pillows we brought. Unacceptable in my opinion since they knew we were allergic!! Now I’m sick, nothing life threatening but lots of sneezing and congestion!!

This was an amazing hotel. It was friendly, very attractive, well situated near restaurants, and in an easy to reach location.

Amy at the front desk and the manager were great host, Amy always so attentive, she always remembered my name.

In pure optimism I have allowed more than enough time for the property to fix this issue in regard to having roaches in our room but specifically from Tom the manager since they didn’t have a replacement option there isn’t anything he could do for me. Not only did we encounter roaches but there were all types of stains on the couch and the lounge seat. We had to cover them all with sheets. We made the exception because we are not picky nor do we complain. But for this to go without resolution is pure disgust from my perspective and lack of managerial skills. I would not recommend this property at all.

The room is clean,but kind of small.

It took forever to get checked in & then when I got to my room it was a handicap room & I did not book a handicap room. The bathroom was suppose to have a deep soaking bathtub or at least that is what they advertised & it did not. There were no luggage carts to load our luggage on to take to the room so we had to make 5 trips from the vehicle to the room. I had to pay a $50 deposit on the room when I got there that I was unaware of when I booked the room and paid for it. I still haven’t gotten my deposit back either.

As a family of five, I needed space and this hotel provides exactly that and more. The hotel has great staff and is very friendly. The hotel is located in a great area with shopping, restaurants, and a Wal-Mart across the street.

The staff was awesome. Front desk clerk Jamie was pleasant and swift at handling my issue. The first room assigned wasn’t clean, shaved hair in tub and sheets dirty on both beds. Switch to another room. The bedding and shower were clean, however the floor, coffee area and tables in room weren’t. At this point I was to tired to complain or switch room, so I cleaned it my self.

Clean and nice! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good! True, the fire alarm accidentally went off during the night due to a system malfunction, but stuff like that can happen anywhere! Overall, we were well pleased.

Other than the early morning fire alarm, my stay was great! The air conditioner stop working for a moment but, the front desk receptionist come to the rescue. Then….the TV signal went out but, that made us go to sleep early. Much needed rest was good for all of us. Definitely will visit again.

The wifi was un-usable in over half the suite. Also, the fire alarm apparently set off TWO false alarms. We were out for the day during one time. The problem wasn't corrected then it went off again. This time at 3:30 AM. If this was the only instance the disturbance would be acceptable, but since it was the second time it's less so.
