One night stay. Very nice room. I have a small, less then 10 lb dog. $75 is a little pricey for one night. But a nice room. After 6 hour drive, had no choice.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and this is the only time that I have some complaints. The water to the hotel was shut off most of the day on Saturday due to an issue with the hot water heater. I understand, things happen but what I do not understand is the lack of communication regarding the problem. Even housekeeping had no idea that the water was off and why, I had to go down to the front desk for some info. Also, while in the pool we were joined with two unsupervised kids that were jumping off the sides and rough housing to the point that we had to leave the pool. I believe that these were children of the staff. Later that same day we were startled by loud pounding on our door with no one there. That happened about four times before I informed the front desk and it stopped.

Slow check in. The clerk was finally able to find my reservation.
Primary elevator was not working to third floor ( able to transport up to floor but Not able to use to exit third floor. There was an alternative elevator at the back of hotel which was not convenient.
Breakfast was great!

The overall stay was good. There was no body wash or shampoo in the shower. Housekeeping came into my room 2 times while i had a do not disturb sign on my door while i was sleeping, which was not cool.

Our room was clean and comfortable. I was very disappointed that the hot-tub had been closed for a month for repairs, and the pool was closed for scheduled maintenance during the time of our stay but it was never mentioned in the booking process. I specified those 2 amenities in my booking search with no idea until check in that they weren't actually available.

Sam checked us in. He was amazing. The reason we stayed at this location was because of the pool and jacuzzi. They were not in order. And there were quite a few issues in the room. Such as a big wad of chewed bubble gum on the carpet. I probably will not stay here again.

Honestly the whole hotel was beyond dirty. Trash and towels sat in the hallway from other guests from the time we checked in until the time we checked out, which made the 2nd story hallway smell like trash. Our room was leaking from the upstairs ac unit and can tell it had been for a while, you couldnt sit on the couch because it was wet and you would get dripped on. Our bathroom toilet looked like it hadnt been wiped down from previous guests, visible dirt on toilet and in shower. There were never any towels in the pool, mysterious items stuck to hit tub filter and floating. Overall pretty disgusting! The only thing we really enjoyed was the breakfast. I have photos but its not letting me upload them.

Paper thin walls. Heard someone running non stop on the floor above me. I made every effort to grant grace as I know how difficult it is to have children in a hotel room. it turns out, it wasn’t a child, yet at least five people and a dog. this would’ve been no issue at all. Had there just been better sound production. In the meantime, 400 dollars later we haven’t slept in days.

The front desk staff Cynthia was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable of what stores are in the area. I loved CeCe that works in the food area was phenomrnal. The food that she served was hot & delicious. Also the area was clean with sanitizer out. Not every hotel I've stayed supply sanitizer in the food area.

Was a little upset that the pool was not available and although comfortable, the bed was quite squeaky. Breakfast was amazing!!!

Very nice and well maintained. In good condition and clean. They did run a little low on breakfast items even though we were at the breakfast more than an hour before it's scheduled end time. In addition the evening desk person that checked us in was somewhat gruff and not particularly friendly. Fairly minor issues though. A solid 4 star experience.

This place was perfect for our family. It was clean, the staff was so friendly and attentive. The breafast was by far the best we've had. On the last day we were leaving at 6am and they were so kind to let us grab some cereal for our kids on the road. They always had fresh coffee out all hours of the day. We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was warm and it was wonderful.

Checked in on Friday with no issues, tried to take kids down to pool for an hour before bed and it was closed. Saturday we (5) guest woke to prepare for an event and we had no towels. I went down to the front desk and was told there were no towels available and they didn't know when some would be available. I had to go out and purchase towels in order for us to shower. Unacceptable

They had a great breakfast and plenty of space to sit and eat. Pool was warm to swim. Liked having a separate room to sleep from watching TV or eating in the room.

We really enjoyed our suite. We did have a problem with all the noise in the hallways kids running back and forth yelling i think they were playing on the elevator?

The hotel is great but the rooms are not very clean. The carpet is dirty. Dirt in the corners. Overall the carpet needs replacing. The sofa had stains from I am not sure what.
The chairs in the kitchen area need recovering. Curtain was hanging with missing hooks.

Room was not clean. Found trash in the sofa, someones shorts in the let out couch, let out bed lining broken, mold in the bathroom, cabinets door at the bottom not aligned making it easy for a toddler to slam their fingers, original blanket piled for the let out bed but replaced with a nicer one. On last day, only given two towels for a room with 6 people. Still waiting on my credit for the first night because there was not another room available to move too.

Nice place. Newer facility, on site parking. They have stuff like beer and soda you can buy in the lobby. Free breakfast and dinner.

The room we had was very nice, thoroughly enjoyed it. The best part of the stay was at breakfast and I believe the guy working was Paul. Paul should be the poster guy for customer service, he is amazing. Greeting everyone, asking if he can get them anything, I have not seen this level of customer service in a long time. He is a true asset to this facility.

The hotel did the job, the ac in the bedroom didn’t seem to work very well and the mattresses were not the best but slept on worse. The sleeper sofa in the living room was was not very comfortable for the person sleeping on it. The area is very convenient and easy to get different places. If your looking for a no frill place to stay this place gets the job done.
