Everything about the hotel is perfect. Clean, very spacious, and modern with free complimentary breakfast. There are two problems I noticed which are quite very rare for most hotels; 1) They will take a $200 deposit upfront and will be refunded after 3-5 business days and 2) There are lots of quest warnings (as if there are no other hotels to choose from) posted all over the place. This hotel is very huge and many buildings around it, but I only see 2-3 customers roaming around during breakfast. I realized later that it was the management problem and not the hotel. They treat paying customers like an unwelcome guest... and it says a lot about the outcome.

The tile coming into the room fell off, and there was plywood or something under the mattress so uncomfortable. Most of the time I have stayed there it was a good stay. I hope they correct the problem

The rooms were clean when we arrived. We did have to ask for cleaning though. We had to turn the taps on about 10 minutes before showering because it took that long before getting warm water.

Almost everything was great, especially for the price. The only minor issue was the breakfast attendant did not pay attention, had to ask for plates, waffle mixture out, had to ask for it to be refilled, etc. Other than that, everything was good!

The property and cleanliness were great but the tv didn’t work properly and the symbols on the remote were worn, one lamp wouldn’t turn on and we couldn’t put the fan on in the room.

When booking, I liked the photos of the rooms, which looked to have been renovated. They did not pay attention to the beds, which were terrible. It was like sleeping on plywood and when I turned over, the bed creaked like wooden bunk beds. With 24hrs needed to cancel the next day’s reservation, I was stuck. I hardly slept for 2 days and had to go to see a massage therapist to fix my neck.
The breakfast began at 5am. When I went down for breakfast at 7:30, the breakfast was old and dried out…cereal or toast were the only safe options to eat.
The water pressure was great however.

The reason for the being rating, is the night staff around 8:30 pm. Gave us access to a room already occupied. Thank God we didn’t encounter a terrible incident between myself and the occupying part of the room. The staff show no big concern expect we are sorry for the confusion! What! This could of been a very serious and embarrassing, or even threat for situation.. I request a refund for this room and the staff manager dealt with requiring their actions!!!!

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was decent for this type of hotel. The room was a great price. However, the bed was really uncomfortable and the air conditioner cycled on and off and was so loud it woke us up each time it cycled on. We are both sound sleepers and aren’t normally bothered by noise.

Best value ever. Large rooms, great beds, wide hallways. Quality this good usually costs double what you pay here. 10 minutes to Edmonton, I sleep with my window wide open and don't worry about what I left in my truck.This is now my go to hotel for Edmonton.

Our stay was perfect, receptionist was very helpful, friendly and accomodating, ( I forgot her name :( ) We also checked out late but she was very understanding and didnt charge us extra.
Breakfast was okay. Better than nothing. I also love that it has kitchenette and the room is complete with everything we need. Thanks for a great stay

We were very pleasantly surprised with how nice this hotel was! I wasn't expecting too much as it is a "no frills" hotel, but it was very clean and modern and the staff was friendly and welcoming.
We had a 2 queen kitchenette and it had a FULL sized fridge with a conduction stove top. We loved that each room has a doorbell and a no disturb option that you can just click.
The included breakfast was pretty decent, with many options.
Will definitely be staying here again on future trips!

I was surprised how lovely it was inside. So spacious and the room itself was so clean, fancy, and private. Love the jetted tub!

Lots of issues in our room, AC was horrifically loud, our taps didnt work right toilet barley flushed. We took our sheets off at the end of our stay to MASSIVE stains all over the mattress and mattress protectors.
