The first room they gave us had a bathroom sink that was not level and slopped down. They were quick to give us another room that was better. Descent hotel at a descent price.

We just went to check in and they said we had no reservation even with our confirmation number because we changed it from the 30th until today becaise when I was doing it I didn’t select a date. We called and got it changed. They made us pay for a room when we already did! We are 5 hours away from home and this is not right

As always, Hampton Inn’s are first choice when looking for a hotel. The night manager was so helpful. The room was quite comfortable, and clean. Breakfasts were great, fresh hot food with menus that changed. My son and I will definitely pick Hampton on our next trip.

The only thing I would change at all is I would add a pantry like at other Hamptons - that had drinks, microwave food, snacks etc. the vending machines were nice but I was hoping a quick easy microwave dinner so I didn't have to go find fast food late at night. Everything else was wonderful and your front desk person was super nice

Quiet, clean, comfortable. Free cookies, popcorn and newspapers. The check in was fast and the clerk was very kind and courteous. Nothing we didn't like.

We just stayed at this hotel over the 4th of July weekend. Everything about our stay was great. Check in went smooth, rooms were clean. We really liked the room darkening shade that you pull down. I am not sure how many were there that night, but everything was quiet. The room was clean and the shower was very nice.
Breakfast in the morning was really good. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast and evening desert bar were pretty bad. Ice cream machine was not working and they didn't have some items available for breakfast.

I can thankfully state that the registration staff are very helpful and thoughtful as they assist with registration. Please inform your registration staff that the Edmond Smith party really appreciate their kind and pleasant manner. They are professional and thoughtful. The breakfast personnel were especially accommodating in their assistance and responses. Thank you, Hampton Inn.

I’m assuming this is a fairly new hotel because everything was modern & fresh. The room was very clean & comfortable. Our only glitch was a the a/c unit that made a strange throbbing noise. We were able to switch rooms though. The breakfast was delicious & the kitchen help was friendly & helpful.

The rooms are small and there's almost nowhere to put your clothes. The Tv doesn't have cable, so you're very limited on options despite it being near a pretty big city...unless you use netflix. Also, this is a little thing, but their cream cheese is just sitting on the counter even though it says on the packaging keep refrigerated.

The staff went above and beyond. We had a sick kiddo throughout the night and were given several sets of sheets. However, the bathroom was gross with stuff all over the floor. Most likely wasn’t cleaned before our arrival.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this Hampton located on the south east side of Springfield, MO.
The staff was wonderful, the room was beautiful and impeccably clean. The breakfast was great as well. Wonderful location that is quiet, safe, and easy to get to. If we are ever back in the area, we will be booking here again. Thank you!
