It was a clean and room. Very comfortable. Front desk lady was nice and helpful.

The good:
This hotel was located less than a mile from our family trip destination, so very convenient for us. The restaurants we tried around the area were all great. The stay at the hotel was ok. All of the staff we encountered were really nice and helpful. The pool was a comfortable temperature. Shower pressure in the room was good. Having the refrigerator and mini kitchen in the room was a nice plus and there was a large closet in the area that was convenient.
The bad:
The first night we used the pool and when we went back to our shoes/towels after about an hour of swimming we found ants all over our things. We also found some ants in our hotel room itself. The room appeared clean on first look, but there was dirt/debris and some garbage rubber bands/ponytail holders around the beds. The shower had good water pressure, but the shower did not drain well at all leaving you standing in an inch of water. The free breakfast was okay, but we were desperate for some kind of fruit to go with all of the grain/carbohydrates that were served.
The Ugly:
Our first night was less than desirable as we found our air conditioner/fan/heater in the room made some crazy noises and then someone had pulled the fire alarm, so we got very little sleep.

I come here for a staycation quite often. This stay was the first time that I’ve ever been able to complain. The staff was super friendly like always but my room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked it. It was almost as if the room hadn’t been rented out in a while. There were spiders, dust, and the tub was poorly cleaned. Lastly the toilet constantly would run unless I wiggled the handle & after a while it just wouldn’t flush. Like I said above, this is the first time I have ever been able to complain.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful... The room was wonderful, we didnt want to leave... The Employees at the front deck were super nice and the ladies that work at the breakfast area were super sweet also.. Everyone was just sooo nice.. Will definitely stay here again..

Front desk is fantastic, she(the young black woman) is smiling and kind, she makes me happy whenever I come during this trip.
However the room the heater noise is way loud that makes me awaken during the night several times.
Also, kitchen towel hoder makes the hotel's image down, I feel like that...

Overnight stay so we could attend a show didn’t spend much time at room. The front desk staff was very polite and it was a quiet stay couple miles from the venue some of these hotels should consider a shuttle would be some extra money and a nice perk for guests !

We had an excellent stay for an overnight shopping trip at great Lakes Crossings. Very clean and very convenient. Very “homey” and overall, an excellent stay!

We exercised mobile check in and waited for the notification that our key was ready. We never got the notification so we went in and front desk told us they don’t activate mobile keys unless you check in at the desk.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Front desk staff were very courteous upon our arrival. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was average, standard fare. Would stay again without any hesitation.

We requested first floor room due to a handicap and was told it would be no problem. When we checked in w were told there were no first floor rooms available.

We love the easy and friendly check in process. Angela was very friendly and helpful, she always has a smile and makes us feel welcome. We love the clean room and how spacious our suite is. It’s nice to have a kitchen area with a large refrigerator and counter space. The closets are spacious with shelves for organizing. We will definitely stay here again. 😊

Loved our stay. However, we couldn’t regulate thermostat in our room and our room was very warm so had difficulty sleeping.

The location is next to the mall. The lobby is small but cozy. One thing to watch for is they do not clean your room by default; you have to make a request to have that done. I believe this is for saving resources - which is legit but I wasn't told about this upon checking in. I like the size of the room and overall it's a good stay.

Best hotel experience ive had in years! Its immaculate, no dust,dinge,hair awywhere. It even smells nice. I was welcomed with a smiling face,check out the same. The staff was knowable and seriously there to help. True customer service. I will be back!

Room was clean. Trim at base of bathtub could stand to be replaced since it was cracked. We took breakfast back to our room, since dining area was a little full. Glad we did, though, because eggs were cold and we reheated in the in-room microwave. Right next to the outlet mall and near lots of food choices.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Loved the mini kitchen with a larger fridge and freezer! Staff was very attentive every time I needed assistance. It was also so close to the mall - very convenient!
Our room was missing the hair dryer, but the front desk was very quick to grab a new one from their storage and get it to me asap. :)
Only down-side for us was that the breakfast didn't have too many options.
