Vishal was great meeting us at the front desk, checking us in and getting everything we had asked for to us. Impressed with the room and the ability to do our own laundry. The best experience was customer services with Vishal, did a great job and always smiled.

Comfortable

The hotel was average. I really liked the room at first but, the bed was stiff and extremely hard making it super hard to sleep. On top on that both Saturday and Sunday they were doing construction in the room above me as early as 7am waking me up both days. When I brought it to the guy at the desk attention. He said in slow months they work on things. The hotel was empty so why did you put me in a room that work was being done above it. Several other rooms were open. The breakfast there is no breakfast as advertised. They have a little small store downstairs and everything is triple the price as it would be at the store and prices are already high at the store right now so, I just couldn’t justify spending eight dollars on a small breakfast sandwich. Even a small pint of ice cream was 9 dollars. I’ll pass. Not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. But won’t be coming here again on my once a month stay in Spokane. Disappointed I didn’t get to sleep in on my days of either day!

The room looked clean & nice. Blackout shades were 👍 Nice space overall. Bthrm-the wall fan was clogged w dust buildup & top of the hairdryer had dust & a dental pick left on it. The comforters are premium but uncomfortably warm! An all-season comforter w an optional extra blanket would be so much better! The pillows are too big as well. The smoke alarm’s blinking green light that flashes every 10 seconds is bothersome as well…so opposite a good sleeping environment. This is near the interstate & can hear the traffic.

Staff were friendly room adequate there was pet hair on the carpet and the only breakfast offered were heat up jimmy dean items for 7.95 an order.

Always a good stay at My Place Spokane!

The WiFi was horrible. 14Megabytes. When asking the staff, I got a nonchalant response and could care less. Claire the hotel was full. A good hotel would have that addressed. The reason was poor at best. Had to go to Starbucks and other establishments to get work done as the bandwidth was non existent. Also had someone with a dog that barked all through the night. Thin walls. Bad sleep.

Front desk was lovely but maintenance man was really disappointing. Checked in with no hot water in the bathroom but it worked in the kitchen worked. He refused to correct and left work early. We ended up just asking for a refund and left instead of staying.

I chose My Place after reading many reviews of other somewhat reasonably priced hotels near the interstate in the area. Sadly our non-smoking room reeked of smoke. My friend who came and has no where near as sensitive nose as myself also thought the room stunk, which is notable because we have many laughs about things she can’t smell that I can. Because the rooms were all booked, they said they could only offer us spray air freshener (which I didn’t want to use due to a sensitive nose and I was worried it would just make it worse), so we were stuck in a smoky room. The other big problem for me was that the beds were horrible. I almost have to laugh because when you check-in, there’s a sign that says what’s included in your stay, and it mentions “plush beds.” This is hilarious because they were as hard as rocks. Another issue was that the curtain is not a curtain but a screen, so light comes from all four sides of the window the minute the sun came up. Needless to say, as someone sensitive to the above things, I got zero sleep for the continuation of our road trip, which really sucks as the driver. In general, the room also felt pretty run down/old. We were put in the one directly by the elevators, so maybe it sees more use than the others. One positive though is that I can say the front desk staff was very polite though. Honestly, I won’t be back on any future road trips.

Convenience of having options around for shopping and eating

Having breakfast available would have been nice.

Nice place to stay in the Valley...not too far from Spokane proper. Clean rooms with nice amenities. Would stay here again.

I like having a full size fridge and freezer and the Air Conditioning works great. We also liked the fact you offer several pillow options but the mattress is not especially comfortable. We checked in late and the parking lot was full, based on the size of your hotel, a larger space for parking is needed.

The evening desk host doesn't have any customer service skills for dealing with the public. Our room had 2 conditioners and no shampoo and when we called to the front desk she said we could come down and BUY some at their store? Will not stay there again in the future.

The staff was friendly, the price was reasonable, and the room was very comfortable and well appointed

Love My Place, just a caution if you are pulling a trailer for this one. Parking is limited and tight spaces. Fortunately my husband is a truck driver so was able to park the trailer with 2 inches to spare on each side and a van had parked over the line and partly into a second parking spot so we had 1 1/2 parking spots for the dually pickup. Several businesses with lots of parking but all has posted tow away zones.

Our room had a horrible odor like butt cheese. When we checked in it smelt like bleach which should have been an indicator. When we asked to switch rooms - the front desk came by and agreed our room smelled but said they couldn’t do anything and offered us air freshener. The shower curtain smelt musty and had mold, the inside of the toilet had a ring, there were crumbs on the kitchen floor. This place is definitely not worth almost $200 a night.

Great place, great location. Everything was clean and tidy. Also just as important, everything worked as it should and was clean. Some hwy noise but that’s just a consequence of the location. Would absolutely recommend!!

You get what you pay for. No pool, breakfast is available, but not provided and this place is definitely where people go when they are working in the area. Staff did move us right away when our first room had a bad smell.

Great room, everything was clean and the property/staff were great

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel.It is clean and convenient for us when staying in the area. The room has a nice kitchen area but does not come stocked with dishes or cooking items. The only suggestion I have is better lighting in the rooms - I am a reader and there just isn't good light for reading.

The check-in ,customer service, and room were awesome.The bed was comfortable and room size was spacious. I did not like the noise due to proximity to the interstate it made for an interrupted sleep.Parking is somewhat tight with setup of the parking lot.

Didnt have toilet paper and had to wait 30 minutes for room to be ready past the check in time. But staff was quick and attentive the rest of the stay
