We stayed here because my child had a hockey tournament in Hailey. The front desk lady was the cutest! She was so nice and welcoming. These were a bit dated and the comforters and pillowcases had holes in them from being so old, however It was one of the cheapest places to stay. They also have units that allow pets. pretty awesome if you ask me. The bed was not comfy for me at all, but i'm pretty picky. If I were to recommend anything it would be to invest in some new bedding.

This is the second time we have stayed at High Country Motel. It was very quiet and the staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

“You cost us $30 a night” is how I was greeted. Beware: they do not appreciate online booking here. Otherwise, clean and your typical motel.

Clean, service OK although TV not working and staff knew this. Tub handle ready to fall off. Place needs some work and not all that cheap to stay there.

This property has an old fashion western theme. The rooms are homey, cozy and clean. With a full size apartment refrigerator with full freezer! The manager was very nice and accommodating, recommending places to eat.

Especially loved the picnic area and the back rooms. Very quiet there. Fire pit, benches and table was so nice. Even had wood, lighter fluid and grills. Also a swing area for kids. Would definitely stay here again.

Outside looks tend to belie the accomodations inside. Do not be putoff by the 50-ish "courtel" appearance. Inside was microwave, full-size fridge, coffee-maker, and ample towels. Two Queen beds and updated bathroom & shower.this was

The manager worked well with our late arrival and communicated well with us. We appreciated her. We couldn’t get the tv to work and couldn’t get the bathtub water turned on, but it was quiet and we were grateful to have a place to stay for the night.

The walls between rooms are so thin, you can hear the conversations next door. If you or your spouse are a screamer, stay somewhere else.

Room had a microwave, fridge, TV and several streaming services. The only downside was the heater wasn't working -- I was in Bellevue on the only summer days that weren't blisteringly hot, so I noticed. Otherwise, the room was clean and the staff were welcoming. I even got a call from the manager confirming my stay - unexpected.

We loved how it looked. All rooms have their own parking spot! The country experience shows in the layout. Inside the room, it was lavishly decorated!

Very clean, basic accommodation for a very fair price in an area that's full of very inflated pricing. I have driven past this motel so many times and dismissed it, but I won't do that again. Staff were kind, it was quiet and private. A great option for Sun Valley travellers on a budget.

It was a good experience. I definitely can recommend this place. Very good quality of cleaning, I can say it is higher then for some 4 or 5 stars hotels with famouse name. You will enjoy to stay here with good range for a price, location, and cleaning!

We travel a lot for business, and although this isn't the Marriott, it was clean, comfortable and well maintained and the best price compared to everyone else in the area. We highly recommend this place and will definitely stay there again should we pass through there.

Friendly receptionist and easy check in. Room and bathroom are on the small side, but it’s comfortable and well-equipped with full size fridge and microwave.

We arrived and there was no snow on the ground and when we woke up the next morning, there was about 14 inches. The staff helped us dig out and then get out our truck and trailer and let us stay an additional night because we couldn’t leave town. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We will be back!
