Great as always!

Dog hair on top of the night stand and lots of dust. Bed sheets had some hair as well. Bathroom tub was somewhat clean. Overall good for staying one day or 2 if you don’t mind dog hair :)

I loved the outdoor space and how close it was to everything we wanted to do in Carolina Beach. I also loved the options for pets and the dog park area / it also backs up to a pond and a really nice neighborhood for longer walks. I didn’t like how loud my neighbors were and there were no quiet hours in place. They partied until 2-3 am and their kids were screaming. I also found questionable black spots in the sheets the next day and it really freaked me out.

The motel is not on the beach as online, it is a motel people live in and drug infested and Dangerous! I could not stay with a 3 year old. I was Afraid!

Average property in bad need of an update. Very high priced for what you get and not being nearer to the beach. Very nice and helpful staff

We’ve stayed several times and it’s an inexpensive place close to the beach - you get what you pay for. Our experience this time was a little frustrating. Our room looked newly renovated and was very clean but the door to the bathroom could not be closed. It wasn’t just humidity it was unable to be closed at all! The door to room was also wonky but a little kick and it opened. The only other complaint was no parking. You get a parking pass for the lot but it apparently a suggestion. When we went to ask where we should park there was no attendant at the desk - note on the door - and nowhere to park our vehicle. We ended up driving away and paying for overnight parking for $25. I alerted the clerk at check out the next day but he said they can’t do anything about it. They apparently share a parking lot with the restaurant next door.

The staff was very friendly, got us into our room early. Loved the pool and friendly guests. We will definitely stay here again if we venture to Carolina beach again.

We stay here at one vacation every year. We stay in the apartment. They are always clean and nice. There's plenty of sleeping space and the provide almost every thing you need. Need to update the mattresses in the double room but other than that it's a great place to stay and relax. The pool stayed warm and clean every day for the family members that love the beach experience but are afraid of the ocean. They took care of all of us.

The restaurant off of the parking lot had a casual atmosphere, very good meal options and relatively inexpensive drinks. I gave the overall of 5 stars not because it is a nice place, but because it met the minimum requirements for a reasonable price for my kids and I while we were there. The motel is much older, but staff keep it well cleaned, work hard and are very friendly. I would stay again, no questions asked!

Definitely stay here again in the future. Great location and walking distance to the boardwalk & beach. Great cafe across the street & a family friendly restaurant shares a parking lot with the hotel. Dog friendly.

Everything close to you…nice room but no tv guide, didn’t like spending almost $300 bucks for 1 night.

Perfect for our short trip. The Walk to the boardwalk/ beach isn’t bad. The room was clean and the girls working were v helpful

Great for a one night stay although it was rather small, smelled a little funny upon arrival. No hot water this morning for a shower. Noisy location.

Great little get away - beautiful colors- service was great- weather was good.

All in all - a good experience. The place was a little dated but was clean and comfortable.

The place was ok, but a little rough. It felt like a pay by the hour hotel if you know what I mean. I have had worse experiences, but this wasn’t great. At least they tried.

DO NOT STAY HERE! you will regret it Floors are filthy no internet coffee maker was filthy no ice maker no laundry the staff could care less about issues - if they are even around We have stayed here in the past with no issue - but this place has gone down Only god things good about this place; they allow dogs and they are next to the lazy pirate

Had to clean and sanitize room and bathroom. Killed number of flies and gnats.

What a treasure to find such a large space in a popular area. Bedrooms were huge, and windows brought in great lighting to main area. Would have liked coffee in the apartment.

Great location, nice staff but the rooms weren’t stocked properly. No trash cans and barely any towels.

It was okay for a one night stay. You get what you pay for. If you do stay be aware of parking. Since they share the parking lot with a restaurant, parking can be quite difficult at night.

Great. Cozy and affordable. A few minutes walk is worth the hundred bucks or so a night you save

The staff were very friendly, parking was easy & it was within walking distance of everything I wanted to do.
