Room was clean and spacious exactly what we needed. I didn’t use any services other than check in and out so no rating there.

The staff was very nice but strange that one person at the desk didn’t know where ice was located. The room was nicely set up and I thought clean until the 2nd night I dropped my crochet needle and discovered the bed skirt was very dirty. It was so gross, I removed it. Upon removing it I found the cap to a needle. The hotel seemed like a decent place but a thorough cleaning would rule out any doubts. Also, beautiful pool & hot tub but the hot tub was not set warm enough.

The hotel is older but well-kept and clean. Comfy room, quiet area. We enjoyed our stay!

The room was very spacious bed very comfortable. we felt room could of been a bit cleaner and bigger bath towels would of been nice. We think room just needed some updating . great location, staff friendly n helpful. nice hotel.

Bathroom wasn’t clean and ants in the sink.

Please was clean and common hot tub was big. Toilet did not function in the night and there was no front staff to help fix it. Hot tub hours were 9am-9pm. In the evening we had fun in the hot tub and decided that we will go in the morning before leaving. Went to hot tub at 10:30am and the cover was on. We asked for extension and we were told for $30 we can have a late check out. If you stay just establish expectations upfront.

The staff were very friendly. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space in the room.

Amazing stay. Wonderful room. Perfect price. Great staff. An awesome weekend trip. The jacuzzi tub was especially lovely.

We did an overnight stay. The one bedroom King suite was comfortable and clean. Where it was lacking… no teaspoons in the cutlery drawer. Just two serving size spoons. Hard to eat from a yogurt container with those. They also have a sign by the sink that says to the effect… you better do your dishes! Because if you don’t, there will be a $150 cleaning fee attached to your bill! They didn’t supply dish towels so if you washed the dishes last minute, you had to put them in the cabinet wet. Just a little irritating. They have a Keurig coffee maker but don’t supply decaf k-cups for those of us who only drink decaf coffee. Also, lacking in forethought. Would we stay again? Probably. I would know to bring along things they lacked!!

Enjoyed our stay in the king suite, felt very clean and safe. Huge room for a cheap price! Would recommend Only complaint is our microwave didn’t work.

Great place

Traveling for business. No desk in room was a big drawback. Otherwise, clean, nice place.

We had trouble with the electronic keys - as well as our next door neighbor.

We found a nail on the bedroom floor thankfully before my husband stepped on it. No booklet of instructions so it took us 2 days to figure out how to use the hot tub and fireplace. We left our do not disturb sign on our door when we went out to breakfast and it was inside our door when we returned so someone had entered our room.

Air conditioning didn’t work and nobody could figure it out. Outdoor whirlpool was supposed to be open. It never was and staff had no clue.

TV didn’t work right. Thought it was remote batteries but front desk didn’t have batteries. They gave main remote still same issue. Mild on the shower curtain. Hand towel that was stained. I doubt ed would stay again

Great stay! Would definitely stay here again. Room Was very spacious, warm, great water pressure for the shower and the bed was comfortable for the most part. Let’s be honest, nothing when I go away is going to be like my bed at home. I have definitely slept on a lot worse hotel beds. This was pretty comfortable. Very friendly staff!

On arrival, the check-in staff were friendly and the room looked OK. It went downhill after that point. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and lopsided. I didn't sleep a wink. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling directly above the bed. The curtains didn't close completely and let in light. The carpet was stained. The TV volume didn't work. The tile in the bathroom was coming off. The A/C didn't blow cold air and kept the room stuffy. It had the typical roach motel feel with no amenities. Stay away.

The tub bottom was brown and looked nasty. It may have been the old nonslip surface but I did not use it.

In Maine for a long wkend to attend a wedding. Hotel wasn’t bad…the room needs a microwave/better lighting & a bigger trash & recycling can & also a place to throw trash away outside.

Kitchenette was a plus.

The room was clean but the ceiling fan was very dirty.

Hotel was in a good area, walkable to some shops and restaurants. No laundry facilities. However, there was a laundry mat next door. There is a pizza place next door that has really good pizza!

The property was well located and convenient for our travel plans.

The room was more than I expected. Very spacious. The pool was a great size very clean. Convenient location. Mikes clam shack is a must. Awesome clams and scallops plate
