Super convenient Hotel at the airport, makes arriving late at night with kids super easy!

Lovely stay in the Novotel. So close walking distance to the airport and adjacent to departures. Would highly recommend

Location is excellent and extremely convenient while transitting through Denpasar, catching a flight the next day. Hotel is a bit dated, in terms of furnishing, etc. In a room for two persons, there is only 1 chair, it makes more sense to have at least 2 chairs.

Great value and impressive space for an on premise airport property! We chose to spend one night here after arriving to Bali in the evening before heading to Ubud the following day. It was very convinient to walk to the hotel straight from the terminal. The room was well appointed and very efficiently designed. Staff were very friendly in every position, breakfast was a very good offering of foods including gluten free bread which was a pleasant surprise for me. The property could use some refresh as some parts are showing wear, but all around we were very pleased with the value of our stay here

A very pleasant stay in this hotel and would stay here again. A warm welcome at check-in with Diego, and excellent staff in the restaurant at dinner and breakfast, and the bar on the roof. Bintang made an excellent mojito.

Location in the airport can’t be beat: easy access from domestic and international terminals. Room was clean and had very basic amenities. The pool area looked great. Breakfast buffet had many choices and everything was good. Staff were pleasant and welcoming.

During my recent travels in Indonesia, I had the pleasure of staying at Novotel hotel and it’s one of the best hotels I've ever visited. It left a lasting impression on me for several reasons, and I couldn't be more delighted with my experience. One of the standout features of this hotel was the presence of an iron in the room. This seemingly simple amenity is often overlooked in many hotels, but it made a world of difference during my stay. I didn't have to worry about wrinkled clothes or hunting down an ironing service, which is a rare luxury in the world of travel. The check-in process was equally impressive. It was smooth and hassle-free, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The staff was courteous, efficient, and ready to assist with any questions or requests. Their warm welcome and professionalism added to the overall positive experience. The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities one could ask for. The attention to detail in the room's design and cleanliness was commendable, ensuring a relaxing environment to unwind after a day of exploration. From my perspective, this hotel deserved a perfect 10 out of 10 rating. It exceeded my expectations in terms of service, convenience, and overall quality. It's not often that you find a hotel that ticks all the boxes, but this one certainly did. I left with a sense of satisfaction and a desire to return in the future

Very convenient Has nice warm pool and gym Am describing the gym issues in hopes it will be fixed: The ceiling is too low for anyone using the elyptical machine unless pulled to the very side or unless very short. I banged my head many times. -the aircon does not cool at the same end. There is a vent but no air -the morning sun shines in the window on the side of the elyptical and gets very hot. Needs a pull down blind.

I selected this hotel for the wheelchair accessible room, which I reserved months in advance. When I got there late at night I was informed someone was already staying in that room. Please don’t do this! We don’t chose it as an option! Very steep ramps to get to hotel and rooms and only stairs to the rooftop bar.

The pool was closed for maintenance during my stay - I wasn't notified whilst booking or advised during check-in. This was the main reason I booked the hotel! No discount or remuneration was offered. My room had brown stains on the carpets and on the sofa. The breakfast buffet was the worst!!! The quality of food was very poor and some options didn't seem fresh. I overheard other guests complaining about the selection whilst I was attempting to eat something. This is a 4 star hotel. I've stayed at 3 star hotels in Europe with much better quality food and it's made fresh daily. The water dispenser in the gym was empty and it was very hot that day. I called front desk and they told me they would send someone to replace the bottle but in the 40 minutes I was there, no one came. The only positive I would say from my experience at Novotel Bali Airport was the hotel spa - the treatment I received was lovely.

Súper convenient location for our departure back to USA. We got a nice spa treatment as well as walk-ins. Definite recommendation as a stop in or out for travelers.

The airport was serene int eh middle of a busy airport in Denpasar! The staff was extremely accommodating and pleasant. They helped in extra ways. The food was good.

We booked the hotel as we had a late flight to catch and with two young children, being in the same terminal as the international check in was such a convenience! The pool was amazing and the room was great.
