Exterior was not so good. Parking was crowded. Noise from upstairs rooms heard below.

I thought that due to proximity of a busy major street and outdoor access to every room that I'd have a miserable night's sleep. But no! Slept so very well that nothing woke me until my cat decided i needed to feed her. Clean, simple room, felt my car was safe, nice people running the place. Thank you offering this property!

Minimal staff which is normal for today's motels. Room was clean, well maintained and easy access to a main highway.

It is very run down lots of people loitering about in the parling lot most of the night. It wasnt even the weekend. So so noisy. I had to park on the oppisite side of the building. Due to everyone from the bar next door parking and "hanging out" in the lot all night. The room looked like it had never been cleaned, disgusting bathroom and sheets/blankets/ pillows. I could still smell the previous occupant. Finally as tired as I was, i left at 1am and after a brief nap in an ihop parking lot drove the 6 hours to ny next destination. Cannot recommend

Staff was very pleasant and efficient. But I killed at least half a dozen flies in my room. Further, the tv/remote was nonfunctioning.

The staff was fantastic as a family business. The location is right across the street from a meat processing plant. The smell and flies were terrible. It appeared that a dog had urinated in the AC unit as there was an ammonia smell in the room.

Met needs at a bare minimum. Bathroom floor dirty, flys in room, noisy, no clock in room, concrete block walls make it a very cold feeling inside rooms.

We had a comfortable bed. There were multiple flys in the room. The towels were threadbare. The fixture in the shower was in poor repair. Friendly staff.

Just needed a place to sleep for the night. The manager was very accommodating and helpful when I had a question. It is no frills, but was a good value.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there, in fact was only planning on staying one night but when we decided to stay another night in dodge city we went back to the Regency Inn for the second night. The owner/manager was extremely nice and very helpful with directions and things to do in that area.

If all you want is a comfortable night's sleep and a hot shower then this is a good choice. Very no frills, but clean, quiet and comfortable. Unpleasant smell in the neighborhood.

The pictures of the room on the website didn't look anything like the actual room and there's a meat processing plant across the street it's cheap and the rooms are clean though.

Across from meat packing plant. Did not smell. Other guests were neither friendly or unfriendly. Construction worker type place. We got there later in day. They were sitting outside their rooms smoking, having a beer. But it was quiet, did not smell any MJ. Just guys living there while working through the day. In AM they were getting up and going to work. It was quiet through the night. Car was fine, although we took everything into the room. Would I stay again? Probably not.

This is an older model. The room was clean and it was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. I stayed there a few nights and had no issues. I will gladly stay there again the next time I am in Dodge City
