The Blossom Resort is a little bit of Paradise in the heart of a hot city. On a connected island looking out over the Han river and big wheel. With this landmark you always know where your Da Nang home is if travelling or walking back. They failed to pick us up from the airport but we’re very apologetic and offered a compensation voucher. It is very near the airport (100k dong in a taxi) but you never hear the planes. It is a small resort so always feels calm. Staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant is by the river, food is great and they provided us with picnic bags when we had an early trip out. There is a spa and an onsen. Comfortable, clean, spacious villa with mosquito nets, a deep tub and private sauna. Gym is small and the pool is adequate with lovely big beds to relax on out of the sun. On the same island it is easy walking distance to a nice restaurant and few coffee bars. You can also walk along the river up to the Dragon bridge for the weekend Fire and Water shows. We would stay here again.

Front desk and room service staffs need more training on customer service.

I loved staying at this place!
It was me and my husband’s honeymoon. We got an upgrade from suite to a villa which was amazing. I loved big windows facing the pond and marble tiled floors. Reserving all-inclusive service was the best choice as we wanted to have a good rest. We enjoyed all services including foods, drinks, pool, onsen and massage with professionally well accommodating staff. After staying here for 6 days, we both definitely want to come back.
Although, there is certainly room for improvements.
1. Dead bugs on the outside walls of villa can be washed off.
2. Floor tiles in the washroom are pretty slippery. A hand grip for safety issue would be nice.
3. Wifi is not so stable.
4. Foods in the restaurants are salty. They can be milder as salt grinder is offered at the table.

This resort is perfect, villa was spacious and luxurious. Breakfast was varied and high quality, views are great. Service was 5++ star. Great staff and resort, recommended.

Very nice property. The only negative was the WiFi. It was not very good.

Everything about this hotel was amazing, only downside a member of staff- lee? On reception kept trying to sell activities, tried several times after we said no, I was annoyed at the calls therefore I answered and said we had already booked. Only then did he stop trying to sell the activities. The rest of the staff are lovely and very helpful. Would recommend the place as location is very good.

All the staffs from the concierge, front-desk to F&B are truly very family-friendly, kind and professional (top-notch/ 7-star rated). This place is located in the wealthy-residency area in the center of Danang. So it is remote and quietly relaxing at night time. Again, their services deserve 7-star rate.

Great and enjoyable with all inclusive plan. Especially we could relax at Onsen and massage. Hotel staffs, Hue, My, and Nguyen Y, were very kind providing us nice hospitality.

We got upgrade to Villa and the room was amazing.
I will definitely book Villa room for next trip. (I might try all-inclusive and just stay at the hotel for few days to relax)
Hotel has nice outdoor pool and pool side stiing area.
Outdoor onsen was good enough to reales tension from long travel. Spa service was awesome.
Hotel located very quiet area. If you stay here, you won't go out of hotel.

We stayed in a “superior king bedroom”.
The actual bedroom was small because of the size of the bed. Yes there was a view of the river but you viewed more of the motorcycle car park.
The bathroom felt bigger than then bedroom with a full sized bath and shower with separate toilet.
We were staying in a building separate from the main lobby there was no elevator to our floor. They do have ground level villas if access is a concern for you.
They provide a free breakfast which was good. We were also given a daily voucher for noodle soup from there in-house restaurant to be used in the evening.
Our package included a free foot massage which was also good. There spa centre has hot pools and a steam room as well as massage services.
This resort overlooks an amusement park with huge Ferris wheel and roller coaster so it can be noisy depending on which way the wind is blowing. We could not hear it from our room mainly from the restaurant and lobby.
Not a lot to do in the immediate area but it’s only a 30min walk into the city or a $3 taxi.
Overall very happy with our stay.
The staff were very helpful and there level of English was good.

Everything was great like clean spa, cozy room and delicious food in room service but when we have a breakfast in the morning, there were a lot of fruit flies in dishes and staffs doesn't care about that. Except that, I was very satisfied with my staying.

Room is clean and quiet . Service is good and provide free night meal "pho" and massage .
Swimming is small but depth is enough .
You need rent motorcycle because the hotel is in a remote island in Han River .

Friendly & helpful staff, delicious breakfast, beautiful swimming pool & comfortable onsen. I'm will choose Blossom Resort again if I'm go to Danang.

The location was abit secluded, with no supermarkets or shops near by. But no biggie, as grab is affordable. Really enjoyed this resort alot, the free shuttle buses to Hoi An and being able to leave your luggage at the counter, before you take your flight was also a plus.

Villa is clean and tidy.
Lots of free service offered to customers (like free shuttle bus riding to city center, free foot massage and free Pho during 21:00-23:00 hr)
Pool is depth enough for adult swimmer. However, it’s a bit small.
Though it is only 15mins traveling distance to airport, it’s a bit away from city center that you might pay more for Grab service (Similar to Uber)

Not great value for money. Service was erratic. Air conditioning did not function well which made sleeping uncomfortable.breakfast choice was limited and there was no one in charge of the restaurant. Spa services were good and reception staff friendly.

Was so peaceful.
I stayed for 3 days, but I only had noodles coupon and massage coupon once.
I don't know why?
That room I paid included a massage coupon.

We loved our room, the resort and facilities! Our room was nothing short of spectacular! The staff were friendly and the surroundings were spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our massages and would recommend this resort based on our luxurious stay!

This is a cute little resort with a Japanese theme to it, situated on a little island with lots of nice scenery for walks and even a couple coffee shops and restaurants on the island that are easy to walk to. The staff didn't speak English very well, but they always seemed to try hard to please us. The condition of the resort was a little run down, including a sliding bathroom door in our room that came off the tracks and became very hard to open and close. The power also went out the first night we were there and took about an hour for them to get back up, but the staff came and brought us lanterns and were apologetic... the complimentary foot massages were ok and were not that hard to book and get into. We enjoyed our stay and didn't have many issues (except the bathroom door) but the staff still wanted to offer us something, because I guess they thought we didn't enjoy our stay, so they offered to pay for our cab to Hoi An, where we were going for our next destination stay.

The Blossom was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The rooms are huge, the bathrooms beyond luxurious, and the staff are extremely friendly. The morning breakfast was fantastic--serving both Vietnamese dishes as well as western-style food.

The room was too small, if its just for single that is fined. One of the staff just simply get in without knocking the door with her access card for the welcome fruits, and we are just shock. And this is continuously happened twice. The staff apologies immediately but this is common sense, you should know someone are just right inside the room because we have just checked-in. Another issue was a switch right beside the basin bowl. It is really dangerous and doesnt have any cover or a sticker to alert there is a switch. Overall pls dont book the small room. You will regret for 2 person.

Staff is great with unlimited pho and free massage. Close to town but away from the hustle and bustle.

Day one power cut lasted 10 hours with no air con, electricity, no water, no toilet/flush.No back up generator since this keeps happening too often. Definitely not a 5 star resort. Friendly staff however but not equipped to deal with this.

The only negative about the hotel is the location. If you want to be within walking distance of restaurants and the city, this isnt your place. Thats not what I was looking for when I booked this - I wanted an affordable luxurious experience and thats exactly what I got. The hotel is extremely clean, the amenities are amazing (Id give 4 stars for the toilet alone), the food was good, the pool and pool area is absolutely beautiful, and you get a massage each day of your stay. The service is excellent. Really, I was kind of sad to leave it was that nice. Definitely recommend if location isnt a high priority for you.

Blossom Resort is a mixed bag of comfort and uneasiness. Something under the picture-perfect lobby and pool bubbles up to make you feel the hotel only cares about wringing money from the fabric you're wearing, like the rats you might see hiding under the lobby furniture, or scurrying outside your room. Sure, the entrance and lobby welcome you with calm fish ponds, dreamy views, and a handful of vouchers for foot massages, free Pho, and a pottery class, but after lengthy descriptions about the conditions of these vouchers (inconvenient times, hoops to jump through, and day restrictions) feelings of insincerity begin to surface. Yes, there is a shuttle, but the staff would rather call you a taxi than explain that reservations are needed to procure the advertised free ride. On top of this, we were accosted our first night by the driver for a fee in order to drive us, a bribe that amounted to twice the cost of a taxi ride. In the end, the manager fired the driver and tried to subdue us with a cruise on the hotel's rundown boat, but because the managers don't work on the weekends, we felt unpleasant for two nights. Overall, the staff seem unhappy, and smiles after apologies only come across as a veneer. Stay somewhere else. The "superior" room with river view is claustrophobically tiny. A "balcony" is an exaggeration. The breakfast is limited and cold. Everything the hotel uses to convince potential customers is not what you might expect.
