Amazing stay. Best stay in Paris besides a victim of pickpocketing ...All the staff were very friendly, accomodating and approachable. Hotel is very clean, soundproof in a very good location.

I do not often write reviews but in this case I could not stop myself. We had no hot water for 1 night and 1 day out of our 2 nights stay . Despite complaining to reception, there was no one who came to check, fix or follow up. We literally had to do a cold shower. This hotel claims to have air conditioner but doesn't even have forced air circulation in rooms which they told us is on. We had to open the sole window to let the air circulate a little. The night time reception is very rude and doesn't help or respond to issues, however the day time reception gentleman was really helpful to help us change the rooms, fix the safe deposit locker, answer our questions, help keep our food in a common fridge and microwave because there is no fridge in the room. Lastly the rooms are very small. We stayed as a couple with luggage so could not open the luggage properly. Elevator is really small too. So the only positives from the stay was the day time reception gentleman and th paid hot breakfast. However, I think it is important to provide hot/warm water, air circulation, and fix the reported issues.

In general it is a nice little hotel, very centrally placed directly by the metro station, nice rooms, with a good breakfast, but it is heavily perfumed. The staircase in particular, but also my room. I had to leave the window open (yes, letting in the nightly street noise). They where service minded and exchanged sheets and towels the second day, improving the situation a lot, but still it was a room not well suited for a person with asthma or other respiratory sensitivity.

The hotel is conveniently located to shops restaurants and the metro. However, the room felt like a dorm room. If you are any taller than 5'3 your knees will touch the "toilet room" door. It was a super tight space. If you're a big guy forget about it.

Very clean, nice breakfast for only 13 euro. About 70 ft from a subway station fantastic. Seems like an honest business with no issues. Would highly recommend. Safe neighborhood.

Nice clean, modern hotel. The shower is quite small but otherwise, all facilities are adequate for overnight or short term stays. The hotel is 100m from the metro and there is a choice of restaurants within walking distance. All in all a good choice of hotel.

The hotel is generally clean and the staff were friendly, ofcourse they got offended when we asked about the bed bug situation and if it has affected their hotel as well. You can have breakfast for 13 euros/person. The Monoprix (shopping center) and a bakery are just close by. For cloth washing, monoprix has washing machines available. With line 12 on metro, we could access anywhere we wanted to go in 30 mins or less. Even the two restaurants that are walking distance from the hotel were very nice.

Had a pleasant stay here. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately the walls and floors are quite thin so you can hear lots of noise from your neighbours and vice versa. And my room backed onto the lift.

Shower is very tiny. Won’t fit obese people. Toilet and sink are not inside the same room, has to walk to another room to wash hands after using toilet. Very inconvenient.

I have to say I was thoroughly impressed with everything about this hotel. First and foremost the staff was absolutely wonderful and incredibly friendly. A huge thank you to everyone. The hotel was very clean literally a 1 minute walk from the station and in a very safe and amazing area that had a neighbourhood feel. It was also close to the city. Overall I could not fault anything evrything was amazing!

We were a family of 4 staying for 4 days to explore Paris. The hotel suited us perfectly, it was extremely clean, big enough and the breakfast was excellent. We loved the location- really close to the metro yet quiet and with a neighbourhood feel. Would definitely recommend.

Staff steal money and make you believe you crazy . The first day I was there I missed 100 euros ( I left in hotel 300 and I found the next day 200) the manager did want show me the registration , she told me she will check it by herself and if something was weird she let me know . Of course they said nobody go in the room

This was a nice hotel. Traveling with a family of 4( 2 adults and two tall teenagers). We traveled a lot of France (Disney, Lyon, Nice, La Ciotat, Paris, few small in between). This would be the smallest room but still accommodating, this property had my favorite shower. The hotel itself was well designed for the spacing and looked very impressed with decor and layout. I will be honest and say more for couples than family but it worked. Area was amazing everything you need close by (shopping, all kind of food, bar and more). I felt extremely safe in the area.

good hotel for those who spend the time mostly outside. Room was very compact, but include everything you need. Best beds to sleep for a while! Continental breakfast provide good value for its price. Mairie d’issy - metro station just cross of the road. Hotel was easy to find and service was welcoming. So all you need for city trip!

Do not stay at this hotel. I stayed with my husband and two sons and had the worst experience. The hotel is listed in Expedia as non-smoking hotel, and the guests in the room next to ours were smoking. My son has asthma, and I have high blood pressure, and we couldn't breathe in our room. We went to the reception several times to ask for help, and the person at the reception did absolutely nothing to help us. We couldn't sleep due to the smoke in our room. The ventilation in our room was directly connected to the room next to us, where the guests were smoking.

We had a lovely stay here - the rooms were clean, modern and provided everything we needed. The rooms are small, but this was expected as we know this is the norm when it comes to a lot of the accommodation in big European cities.
Hotel is 2 min walk from the metro and the surrounding areas are very nice. With local restaurants and a lovely patisserie store.
Staff were lovely and the front desk has someone 24/7 which was really helpful. Quick check in and check out. Luggage storage.
Hotel has a lift which was really helpful as one of our parties has difficulty walking.

Nice hotel, located just outside the periferique. Metro station less than 100 meters away from the hotel. Rooms near and clean, friendly staff. In the neighbourhood of the hotel several shops and restaurants. A good base to explore Paris, away from the crowd but in a few minutes in the city centre by metro.

Excellent location 3 min walk to the Metro Station. Beautiful area with good restaurants near by. Rooms are good for a family of 4 and the staff is awesome. Highly recommended.
