The reception usually closes at 7.00 p.m. Our train did not get there until 8.00 p.m. and they kept reception open for us.
The only negative we have is that we did not receive clear instructions on the location. There are two exits to the train station. It would help to know which one to take. While I had a street and number, very few buildings have numbers. Even though we asked for directions several times, we were sent the wrong direction three times, before we finally found it. In the dark it is really difficult to find.

Once you get past the sulfurous odor of the building's ground floor and not knowing whether the slow-moving elevator is actually operating, the property is fine. Rooms are well-managed and clean. Breakfast buffet is more than sufficient. Management is helpful and pleasant.

A stones throw from the train station! Don’t expect an impressive frontage. There is none! Just remember the street number! Lift up to 6th floor and magic begins. Elena wonderful host. Nothing too much trouble. Kind, generous and thoughtful to our needs. Large comfortable breezy terrace amid flowers and plants and use the adjacent kitchen if you want! Double Room immaculate and air con. Memorable short stay.

We blindly selected CameraCaffè because it was located conveniently only 1/2 block from the train station. So we were doubly delighted to discover that it was so clean and our hosts so friendly and helpful. The incredible view from their rooftop patio was an added bonus.

The building had a residual odor. The shower was much too small! I had to squeeze into it and I’m not all that big. There was no safe in the room. Over all, the rating on hotels.com was way overstated. No more than a high one or low rwo.
The manager was very friendly as was the staff at breakfast.

Train station within 5 min walk ,location to centre excellant, good breakfast , bath great after long day out , access to fridge and hot beverages ,great roof terrace with great view of the city, big bedroom and bathroom

Very close to central station. Nice view of terrace. Spacious room. Nice staff.
But no heater except one radiator. It was not sufficient so I had to wear two t-shirt. The wall was not sound proof. I could hear snoring from the next room.

Avis is on the corner and it’s a few doors up, before the supermarket. This detail is given as we walked past it as there is no big hotel sign. We rang the bell and Elena welcomed us in. At reception she told and showed us the facilities, the small dining room , where you choose you buffet breakfast and the terrace where you could eat it. There is s fridge there so you can buy food and drink and keep it fresh. The Air conditioned room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. There are no frills but a great venue for a few nights stay to explore this really ancient and quite lovely Italian city. Elena recommended things to do and a great local restaurant to eat at. Many thanks.

the service was good but they did not give us the room we closed as it was in the photos. in the breakfast good,thelocation was good next to the train and what I find unacceptable is that during the 10 night while I was in the room I was talking on the phone and they hit the door to make remark because I was walking. I do not know if I will visit it again.

The hotel was recommended by my sister as they've stayed there a few times. Location was a short walk from the train station - we missed at first as the name was not quite visible. The room was clean and big. Breakfast was good. Elena and staff were great.

Hotel is on 6th floor, small slow lift. Paid for room with en-suite but was offered room with shared facilities. Did not accept and finally got room that was booked.

I stayed at CameraCaffe Arezzo for 3 nights. My main reason to visit was to see the art and cultural sights in the city centre. CameraCaffe is in a good location; very close to the station and the buses and easy to walk to everywhere in Arezzo. My room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The down sides - the first impression (entrance foyer) is rather depressing and does not bode well. Unfortunately this was compounded by the very offhand manner of the staff at the reception desk. Hardly a 'buongiorno' on arrival! They did not bother to say goodbye when I left.This is the first time that I have experienced this with hotels.com;it was quite a disappointment and did not make my stay as enjoyable as it should have been. As a contrast, the girls serving the breakfast could not have been more charming and helpful. Thank you to them! I would return to Arezzo but not to this b and b.
