Very loud people in room above us. Was kept up 2plus hours of our final night. Sounded like a herd of elephants. Hotel did offer Hilton Honors points which we accepted because purely exhausted and didn’t want to argue. Should have asked for partial refund.

We had a wonderful stay. The queen beds were comfortable and my daughter even says the pull out couch was really comfy too. Everything we needed was provided and the staff was super nice. The breakfast had a great variety. Even my gluten free daughter was able to find enough to eat

The cleanliness is poor. We only had to stay one night because we were traveling, but we would have left if it was more nights.
There was quite a bit of hair in the shower and multiple stains on the couch. The shower doors were gross.
Pillows aren’t that great. There’s no vent in the bathroom. The blanket was rough.
I know it’s not an upscale hotel and probably just used for travelers like ourselves, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The room was small for 4 people. Had a pullout couch with no sheets. Not enough towels when we arrived. Had to acquire those. Mirror or picture over the toilet was missing/ripped off the wall. Shower is old and I could see PVC piping down the drain. Found numerous screws missing or not screwed in. Decided on this place because of the gym. Went to the gym, found it was missing it's weight benches to workout with. They had a 1 piece cable/weight stack machine, placed on moving cart dollies, left in the gym. I chose not to use it because it was a safety issue. The gym should have been closed. It was a safety issue that was not addressed. I was really pissed that I could not workout. The breakfasts are small and lame. They used styrofoam plates/bowls from a grocery store. The employees grab the food at 9 or 9:30, so they can move on to other tasks. I passed the management offices and could see them in disarray. Clutter everywhere. Put a solid door on those offices or smoke the glass. Every night, people were hanging out in the back parking lot, smoking and drinking. No security. I was worried that my vehicle would get broken into. I am not happy that I spent my money here. I would avoid it, if possible.

Bathroom door did not close. Fan in bathroom did not work. Beds were uncomfortable. The room was not cleaned at all for the first 3 days. Had to ask for even the trash to be emptied.

What an absolutely fantastic hotel! From the super friendly check-in through the beautiful, huge, clean new room, everything was great. We especially loved the shower – – lots of water, pressure and a curved glass door that made it extra spacious. Having the full kitchen was an added bonus. Breakfast was good and they kept everything immaculately clean. If we ever come back to Austin again, we will definitely stay here.

We chose this hotel merely because of heated pool because the kids really wanted to swim during their spring break. However the pool was not heated and kids were very disappointed, it ruined our stay. We could have stayed at other hotels for cheaper with better breakfast. There was no bagel or bacon for breakfast just the very basic items. We will not return.

We stayed three nights during the week to avoid a winter storm and couldn't have been more pleased with our choice of hotel. The service was excellent, the suite was extremely comfortable and modern, and the Happy Hour (on Tuesday and Wednesday) was a real treat!

I didn't do anything wrong in the room, yet they charged my card $48.69 extra. I don't know that I was not ahead of the payment. Because this is sheer robbery, they have done this to me too, I am very sad, now how can I trust people again?

When you stay it’s all about the beds. These are some of the stiffest, firmest beds I’ve ever slept on. It was very hard to get comfortable all night for both my husband and myself. We ended up pulling out the couch bed to try to get SOME decent sleep. The hotel was otherwise great. Did not like the whole styrofoam plates and plastic silverware for breakfast but the food was very good. Hotel had some dings- a few broken tiles in the bathroom and the elevator grab bar has seen better days but otherwise it was nicely designed and well kept. We enjoyed being able to swim outside in November on the one warmer evening of our stay!

Front desk at check in was unfriendly and almost rude - like it was a bother for her to check me in; I was early and no room was available; when I came back at around 3:30-3:45 a different clerk checked me in and informed me that the room I booked was not available and gave me a different room

The hallways and the room smelled smoky. The room condition was OK but not great. The corner of a table was broken off (missing about 5 sq inches). The room type I reserved on Expedia was not what they showed in their reservation system and they were unwilling to honor what I had in my email confirmation from Expedia.

Overall it’s a nice facility, clean and quiet. Not much is within walking distance given that it’s right off i35. This is especially awkward since they don’t have a lounge/restaurant to stay in, but the suite we stayed in had a small kitchenette with dishes/cutlery etc. Like everywhere, prices were massively over market for the Grand Prix weekend. 2 of the 3 car chargers were laying on the ground with damaged heads, leaving only one that was usable.

... the mattress and the shower water temperature. I must preface that I am pampered at home with a Tempur-pedic Grand mattress in my master bedroom and Casper in my guest room. To be blunt... the mattress felt like my childhood bed with innersprings making my sleep less than restful.
As for the shower temperature, it took longer than I would expect (3-5minutes) for the hot water to load up and "it felt" like there was a very limited supply of hot water to soothe my aches and tired muscles..
