Beside leaking sink in the bathroom, dirty dishes, and forks. We managed. Washed it ourselves. Other than that was ok.

There were a few things wrong.
For one dirty throw pillows on one of the beds.
For two the outside light didn’t work so going into the room was extremely dark. Third the lights in both bathrooms didn’t work so I had to use lamps in order to see. I let the lady know they needed to be serviced. She said someone would come and fix them but no one ever came. Fourth the trees blocked the view of the ocean being that it was on the second floor but having two balconies made up for it a little. Other than that the room was decent. Also their check in process for private rentals could have been explained in the email for people checking in late. Not just give them a phone number to call. If I had called 15 minutes later the number given would have been closed for the night i wouldn’t have know where to go or what to do to check in. I also went to the office to speak to someone but every time I went no one was in the office. A waste of time personally. I’m there to enjoy my vacation not stalk the office staff to come in a sign paperwork for my stay as requested they text. Otherwise everything was ok. Yes I would stay again but I feel a discount would be needed to given for my troubles for three days.

Booked 2 units 739 and 740 ... old stove not working the couch was untouchable filthy sticky...i've took some pictures of stained sheets and mold garbage left behind bed from previous rentals and a couple of Cockroaches someone needs to inspect the unit immediately not ok to rent something like that..tried to upload pictures but website not loading them

For some reason my reservation was canceled when I arrived to check in, it was quickly fixed by the manager so no problem there. When we arrived at the room I quickly noticed someone’s “Walmart” foam drinking cup that still had liquid in it just sitting on the counter, no big deal I threw it away. Floors and carpet were sticky, there were DIRTY socks (not ours) on the couch and dresser, wallpaper coming off of walls.
The pools were clean, the kids loved how many options there were & the lazy river was a big hit. It was within walking distance to many restaurants, ice cream shops & Starbucks. Attractions were a short drive, ok to walk but not with small children who get tired quickly.
The beach was literally steps away which was great, a great view from the balcony.
I was disappointed in the room, it definitely needs updated and CLEANED. Other than that the stay was good.

Problems getting in and out of unit involving the door knob and door jam. Black mold on ceiling in bedroom. Dust, lint or mildew on bedspreads and pillows. The AC unit in living room did not work.

Great area. Short walk to local restaurants and the Boardwalk. We went during bike week so it was a little more crowded and loud than I would like but okay otherwise.

The description is very deceiving. This is a rental apartment. You have to clean it, empty trash, take your own paper products ect. When it mentions maid service- there is NONE. There is a huge to do list when you leave including mopping. There are multiple buildings. One has been redone and is fairly nice. The other two are horrible. It was smelly and scary inside. There is no on site help, so finding your unit is ridiculous hard. I never found the dumpsters and had to put my trash in another hotels dumpster. Each unit is different because they are all owned separately. We lucked out with ours. Other people were complaining about their furniture. The pools are tiny and the parking is across the street and is quite far away from the units. Good views at least and close to Broadway at the Beach.

I liked the location and the size of room. The view was beautiful and only thing lacking was the cleaning prior to our coming and sufficient towels for the number of days at the site. Overall experience was not bad and the ratings do not reflect the positives of the trip. Yes, I would recommend to others. I kept reporting the deficiencies and someone would promise to get back to me and for the most part did not make changes in a timely manner. Staff was pleasant, but I did not see a cleaning person.

This room was a dump. The pillows were filthy, the wall paper was pealing off the walls, the furniture was old and damaged. Never again!

If you book this you are booking through Elliott rentals via homeaway/Expedia. Impossible to get in touch with anyone if you need help. Moved us to a different unit. Loud, dirty, uncomfortable. We left 2 days early just to get the out of there.

Stains on the beds, pillows and floors. Pool was dirty. Stayed in worse hotels but would not stay again.

Nice location ,right on the beach .close to the board walk. The pools and pool area was very nice. Over all is is a very good place to stay.

We had a great stay at Units. The room wasn't as clean/spotless as I would have liked, ex..spots in fridge but my husband and I made the best of it. The patio chairs are horrible and need to be replaced. They were dirty and we had to use towels just to sit on the padio. We went to the main office on Oak Street and requested linen and never got them. The lady was nice but didn't stand by her word.

When we entered the unit it was flithy. Floors were sandy and sticky walls with drippings. Bedding had stains.
