This place should not even be able to be on Expedia’s site it is more than awful!!! No lighting, no safe parking, rude desk clerk and filthy!

I needed a quick place to stay and they accommodated my stay extremely well. I stayed in a single room with a King size and it was extremely comfortable, clean linens and just nice overall. I'm very appreciative. The make receptionist was very polite and coffee was ready for me when I woke up! 5 out of 5.

Good value for the price

I like that the property is within walking distance from downtown. There are several restaurants and convenience stores nearby as well. Sound insulation could be better, could hear traffic noise and nearby trains from the room.

Good price, reasonable property

The property was nowhere near as bad as some of the other reviews would have you believe. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was soft. There was no strong odor in my room as other reviews mentioned. Definitely no bed bugs. The room was fairly small, but clean. The only areas I noticed where it was showing it's age was the chair provided, the desk in the room, and the shower. The chair was an office chair that looked well worn. The arm rests were questionably clean. The desk was not really a desk but more of a high console table. Sitting in the low office chair to use the desk was awkward. And finally the shower. It was clean and the water temp was good. But the fixtures themselves were extremely noisy and didn't fully activate the shower when you pulled the handle. So the water pressure was fairly low. There is no breakfast, but there is coffee at the front desk. There are plenty of food options nearby. You are literally next door to a McDonald's. All in all, all of these complaints are redeemed when you take into account the price. You're fairly close to downtown, and have free parking. The neighborhood might feel a bit sketchy, but I never felt unsafe in the hotel. Good for a night stop over. Might not come if I need to get serious work done as the desk wasn't really built for it, but for the price, it's a good option.

There wasn't a coffee maker in the room nor a box of Kleenex and it was small. You could hear someone cough from down the hall with the door closed. The bathroom light could not be turned on without the fan running. The super bright lights in the parking lot shine right at the room we were in. You have to go outside to get to the ice machine. No pool, exercise area or dining facility in the motel. Very basic.

You get what you pay for here: not a huge room, no breakfast. But the bed sheets are clean, theres a refrigerator and microwave in the room, and the bathroom and living spaces are clean. Old, but clean. The front desk was very helpful issuing a refund for my stay, as I came to hunt, and had to leave 3 days early due to weather issues. Located close to restaurants, bars, some shopping. There's a Dunhams with lots of hunting supplies, if you're looking to visit for that reason. It's $70/night. If youre not super picky, this is a great value. Matt MICHIGAN

Cheap stay in an older hotel. Kind of small, but overall, for a solo person staying one night, not bad at all.

This is an older property that has gone through what i think was a recent remodel. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Clean floors, shower and sheets for an economy hotel.

The place was very clean the only drawback is I think they need a elevator as going up to the second floor with luggage is rather hard

All was OK

Was late atnight was traveling from.Michigan to Georgia and got off track with GPS. Found this through app..at first i was hesitant but super tired. Room was clean, service fine. No frills. But close to some fadt food etc, fit what i needed. Would stay again.

The hotel is a little older but relatively clean. It could use some refreshing to the carpets to brighten the odor of stagnant old smell. But the price was right and they were kind enough to refund a day at my request because we were leaving sooner. The hotel is very close to lots of shopping and so many restaurants. We couldn't believe all there is in Chillicothe! I would stay again.

For the price, this is a fantastic place. Had no issue checking in later, around 11. The place was clean and looked newly renovated. Has a good night's sleep. Didn't see any rough characters like the other complaints. Will stay here again if needed

Really good people

Everything was great! Clean, microwave & fridge available, comfortable beds, etc. Wonderful to be within walking distance of a great choice of restaurants.

Older property but well-kept. Noisy intersection, but high-profile and safe. Excellent management. Responsive front desk staff. Diligent housekeeping. Affordable. Best overall value in the area.

Very clean and “new” feel

The Baymont hotel and swim area was wonderful. However in the middle of the night a water vein burst and after 11 pm we were flooded with our bathroom from the upstairs burst. We were asked to change rooms and instead of an accommodating hotel staff providing us assistance. We were left on our own to find the cart which someone would eventually come. The staff seemed oblivious to our shock being woken up. I requested a comp for that as our sleep was poor that night. The next day one of the staff parked in grimy of the exit instead of parking in the side. Just an annoyance. Then the food lady heated up a plate of sausages in the dining area so we were delayed heating our food. Isn't there a work station in the back for that work? We were given 20 percent off and the dog fee was waved but the friendliness of the staff was sorely missing.

Beds were a little harder than most

For the money, it was nice. A great restaurant was within walking distance. It’s called Old Canal Smoke House, great place!

This property is horrible. We ended up not staying after driving up, seeing the outside and the location. Did not appear to be a safe neighborhood. Lot's of questionable looking people loitering outside the building. I sacrificed the reservation, went down the road about 30 miles to find a much nicer property for about the same price.
