The stay was great, service was great and the bed was comfortable. My 2 concerns was that the sofa bed had a lot of stains on it that we were hessitant to sit on it. The other concern is the shower, im not sure if too many people in the hotel shower at the same time or why this happens but you barely get any hot water before it gets cold and then warm and then back to cold.

We had a kid running back and forth so didn’t get much sleep with that and the bathroom was not clean

The hotel was at a good location, price was reasonable, staff was friendly. The breakfast wasn’t so great. By 8:00 am a lot of the selections were gone and not being replenished.

Everything was really nice except for the fact that I was listening to music all night long and into the morning. At about 10 PM I called the front desk to ask if someone was sitting out on the patio listening to music. The front desk clerk checked the patio and she also checked the parking lot. There was no one out there. Yet the music persisted. I thought perhaps it was coming from the room below me so I thought it would end soon. When I was up at five in the morning, and the music was still playing, I just was in disbelief. I mentioned this at the checkout and the new desk clerk apologized, but had no idea what to do. As I walked out to my car, I realized there was a speaker on the patio, playing music right below my room. The speaker was probably connected to the sound system that was playing inside the lobby all night. All in all it was kind of a fluke, but I wish that somebody had realized that that music should not be playing outside all night. There has to be a switch to shut it off. The only other disappointment was the breakfast, which was very minimal. No fresh fruit, no yogurt, orange juice tasted like it was expired and the egg sandwiches were extremely dried out. This is not typical for this hotel, which I have stayed at many times. 🙁

Super comfortable and plenty of space for my family of five.

Would stay here again. This hotel had everything we needed, the beds and pillows were very comfy, room was large and had so many amenities. The kids played in the pool which was clean and the breakfast was very good.

There were several items left by previous guests found just under the edge of the bed. Dirty socks, a used baby bottle and toys. The sofa is stained and dirty as well. All of this makes me question the overall cleanliness of the room. Unusual for a Hilton property. I normally don’t complain but it seemed out of character on this stay.

This room is well planned out from the kitchen, office space, living room and bed. Everything I could think I needed from toaster, colander, utensils and blow dryer was there. Sparkling clean with new everything. The bedding was new and fashionable. The heated pool and gym and meeting areas in the lobby was very nice. The morning breakfasts was fantastic. Loved the Belgium waffles & breakfast choices. The front desk & all the staff were very pleasant & helpful. I am definitely staying here again!! Thank you!

Sadly, we can’t highly recommend this hotel. The shower and tap water never got even mildly warm so, in essence, a cold shower. And toilet didn’t sufficiently flush so each time it had to be flushed twice. Maybe it’s their eco-green policy but irritating to guests. Also, the bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed. But the staff was very helpful and kind and they had a great breakfast, much better than most.

breakfast food was below average. one day no regular coffee, one day no milk. oatmeal awful etc etc also never replaced coffee in the room.

Lots of Vagrants hanging out the entrance of the property. As soon as I stepped out of my car I was approached by one asking for a cigarette, he even walked inside casually to help himself to whatever he needed for free. Made me feel unsafe in a way staying there. I loved my Room and facilities though! Breakfast was mediocre.

Poorly lit surrounding. Rooms were not kept clean. My bathroom was not properly cleaned, grout was stained. Couch had lint and dirt and was unwelcoming at best. Did not have the energy to stay my 2nd night. Checked out and left for another hotel (Marriot) which was cheaper despite the obviously superior quality.

The hotel was convenient, well appointed, and very clean. We would stay here again.

Rooms were quiet with room darkening shades, plenty of storage area, well equipped mini-kitchen, and bathroom with good shower. Negative: Buffet breakfast was not consistently well stocked. … only had bread for toasting on one day (7 day stay). Tangerines and bananas were overripe.

The service was friendly and helpful. While the facility is obviously older, the landscaping and interior were well maintained. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in the nearby area. However, it is about 45 minutes from the airport therefore only suitable if you are attending an event in the area. Plan to use a rental car or Uber because taxis are pretty much nonexistent.

Nice facility, amenities, and staff, but they did not honor our handicapped accessible room with roll in shower, even though ordered, paid for and emailed confirmed with management! This was a huge safety issue!

Unfortunately for this area this hotel was not to standards. My room entry door was hard to open/close. Stains on carpet and furniture ac/heat control unit not working. Breakfast was awful had to ask for coffee etc..way understaffed!!!

When we walked in our room it didn’t have toilet paper or soap. I decided to check the beds and there were crumbs on the sheets and someone had slept in it. I asked for a new room, which they were very kind about it, but this room also was not clean. All the dishes were still in the dishwasher and the bathroom had not been cleaned. Since the beds looked good we just stayed in it. Very disappointed with the amount we paid for a room.

Room was not well cleaned. Soap out in bathroom. Not enough towels in bathroom. Beds were horrible. Should be far less expensive.

This was the perfect hotel to get organized for the rest of our trip. Very nice facilities. Loved having a little kitchen!

It was a fine hotel, nothing special. Advertised kitchen, but no stove or pots. Realized later there was a note that you could check out a portable unit from the front desk.

The location of the hotel was perfect and the room was spacious and met all of our needs. The condition of the hotel rooms/carpets has gone downhill since a prior stay. The end of the hall smelled like dog poop at times and I heard a dog barking every morning of my 6 night stay. I have dogs but would prefer to be placed away from the dog area when I am not traveling with my dog. The continental breakfast was disappointing. The oatmeal was only out one morning and there were several days that there was cereal but no milk (except for oat milk). The Wi-Fi was difficult to access due to several layers in the sign-on process. It should not be that difficult to access. I am on the fence about staying at this hotel again. I travel to see my family, close to this hotel, every 4 months or so. Time will tell.

The fridge was very noisy, and the hair drier didn’t work. The staff is friendly, and had overall a 5/5, but… 2 minor issues so 4/5. the area around has some restaurants and a chain market within 2 blocks

Nice overall, especially in the public areas. Our room was overall clean, but for a few areas which were cringeworthy: hairs of all types all over shower and bathroom floor; shower pan not clean; sofa extremely stained and fabric honestly mangy looking; questioned whether bed had been stripped after last guest (sheets and pillow cases did appear clean, though, but severely rumpled and wrinkled). Breakfast was good and well stocked but the food warmer did not work for hot items (microwaving said items was recommended on a sign). On our way out with many bags, we found the automatic disabled access buttons did not open the doors.
